Parrish’s place was perfect for our family! The location was unbeatable; 5 min drive to Poipu beach and close to markets and restaurants. The kids had a blast going into the kiddie and big pool that was right across from our unit. The home was cozy, clean and modern. We’d definitely come back again. What a beautiful living space! We were happily surprised by how spacious the area was. We loved being directly across from the pool. The items for beach activities that were provided were above and beyond. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Everyone that I had contact with was friendly and helpful. E-mails were answered quickly. Kevin was great with helping with the texting which we don't do, but he was not allowed to give the code ahead of time.

The amenities, location, privacy, cleanliness was wonderful. Everything was pretty much perfect for our long family stay however, the fire alarms went off several times at 2am in the morning lasting as long as 20 minutes, which was a major disturbance for everyone staying!!

Great location and nice apartment - good base for Poipu
Excellent stay at Pili Mai, Poipu
Our 5th visit to Kauai and 2nd time stay at Pili Mai. Community BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi were convenient and great. Walking distance to shopping plaza. Close to Brennecke beach/baby beach. Will definitely come back again.

Great
Clean,comfortable,great amenities
Ambience/decor/cleanliness.
We loved this rental! It had a great layout, well-decorated, very clean, and stocked with all these travel amenities that made it so convenient (e.g. beach bag, kitchen cooking equipment in good condition, etc.). The owners thought of everything! Great location near the pool, and had a nice, shared green belt in the backyard. I would definitely recommend this unit. It surpassed my expectations.
Our accomadations
The property very well kept. The accomadation exceeded my expectations. The pool was convientley located and clean. The nearby restrurants were all very good. Never had a a bad meal. Beaches were very close also.

Had a blast staying at Parrish’s place near Poipu. Super clean, and the amenities are great. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to Kauai.
I highly recommend booking your vacation through Parrish. They think of every possible detail to make your stay more comfortable. We were very impressed with the condo and cleanliness, as well as all of the beach gear that was available to use. We will definitely be booking with them again!
This place is better than what’s shown on the pictures. All the amenities are very clean and new. The location is great as well!!
Modern and clean
Updated condo property, great bathrooms and bedrooms, large kitchen, more space than we even needed, clean, effecient check in and out, good pool and hot tub area as well. Soundproofing isn't great, so could hear upstairs residents walking around occasionally. Kitchen relatively well stocked, but missing a couple items that would have been handy.
Unit 2A was beautiful and worked perfectly for our 10 day stay. It was fully equipped with everything you can think of and the beach gear was a huge plus! Close proximity (walking distance) to restaurants and shopping makes Pili Mai a great place to stay in Poipu.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! It was very spacious and clean, and the location was ideal, as it was close to both restaurants and the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here, and cannot wait to be back!
Fantastic Place!
We had a great experience! The entire place was clean and inviting. Check-in was simple, the stay was amazing. The unit is well cared for and had everything we needed to cook simple dishes. Laundry in-unit was so convenient. It's close to the pool, the hot tub was amazing! We highly recommend booking here. The lanai was perfect for morning breakfast.

Poipu Perfection
If you want a superb condo in an amazing location this is it. The condo was immaculate and comfortable. Very spacious bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Perfectly located for all of our activities. Wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The condo provided beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, beach towels and several other amenities. I can't wait to be able to return. Truly perfection in paradise! I recommend this location 100%.

Wonderful Stay
Great property, and very very clean. There was more than enough space for 3 adults. The description of the property was very accurate. It was stocked with all the basics to do laundry, toiletries, and cook. Good location if you’re looking to stay near Poipu. I wouldn’t say the beach is walking distance but it’s not very far. Down by the main road (walking distance) there’s a small shopping center with a Starbucks and some restaurants. If you travel further down the road by the traffic circle there’s another nice shopping center with some restaurants and a drug store. In the same traffic circle there’s a local market that has lots of local favorites. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay at Mali Pai
This was a FANTASTIC condominium. Very well supplied, super clean, seems pretty new, GREAT location, VERY EASY to work and communicate with. Would recommend 100%!
Great stay
Awesome location, really close to Poipu beach which is great for snorkeling and seeing turtles. The property is really clean and well taken care of. Access to the pool and hot tub is within walking distance. We were really happy they had things like a small cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sunshades to use. Made for a fun day at the beach.
Fantastic
I brought my family in November and it was an amazing trip. The neighborhood is so clean and welcoming. The house is so open and roomy. Bedrooms are cozy. Large beautiful bathrooms. The pools and jacuzzis are great to relax at the end of the day. So close to restaurants and beautiful beaches, we went hiking and snorkeled with sea turtles. I would recommend this house over and over.. we had a great time on Kauai. Our favorite island.

Place in Paradise
My family went to Kauai in October this year and we were able to stay in this condo. It was amazing, very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the amenities which included the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, and the workout room. The residents that live there were very pleasant and welcoming!! We would definitely book this wonderful place in paradise again❤️
