Wonderful Property!

Beach path right across from the house and the beach is the best for little kids with the calm, shallow, warm water and great snorkeling. Management was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

House located in desirable Anini Beach area with easy walkable beach access. It was comfortably appointed inside and a lovely yard outside. Plenty of outdoor seating on decks. Home had everything needed for a lovely stay.
Not Worth The Money

Aloha Matt. Cleanliness is among our top priorities at the Parrish Collection. We sent a message the day after checkout to see how you were setting in. When you let us know that you had concerns about the housekeeping, we reached out the moment we opened that day. We left a message on your cell phone about sending housekeeping or looking at other solutions. You did not return our call. We tried again the next day and still did not hear from you. We will be sure to share your feedback with the owner, who will make a decision as to professionally clean or replace the furniture if needed. We do wish we could have addressed your concerns while you were here.
Awesome House!
by MisaLarge group of friends that used to live on island came together to celebrate a birthday and relax for a week. Location can't be beat. Layout of house is great for big meals, movie nights, and engaging conversation. Lanai was perfect for breakfasts and cocktails. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, convenient location and comfortable house. However did face challenges with communication regarding a broken appliance.
Aloha Rachel. While we are happy that you enjoyed the home and its location, we are saddened to see your three-star review. Just like anywhere, things sometimes break. On a small island, like Kauai, it is a bit more challenging to track down parts and we can only work within the availability of the repair technicians. Scheduling repairs like this sometimes takes a bit of time. In the end, the dryer needed to be fully replaced and is working well now. We are sorry that we were unable to have it repaired during your stay. We were all doing our best to get this taken care of for you, but sometimes multiple calls and emails to different departments can complicate the process and slow things down.

The dryer broke and someone came within a day of us reporting it to fix it. There was no AC but we didn\'t find we needed it at all. It was a fantastic house for families. We can\'t wait to return
