everything was great in the unit. Kitchen was extremely well stocked for us as we made the majority of our meals at home. everything was spotless and it was the perfect set up for 2 couples allowing privacy for both of us. Appreciated all the beach items for use in the garage also. Complex was nice and walkable to Princeville restaurants, grocery store and shopping.

Perfect Stay near Hanalei Bay!!!
by david p.This is our Family's 7th time to the Hawaiian Islands and this was by far the cleanest, nicest, and best location to the attractions that we\'ve had. The unit (10B) was a very clean, and it was fully stocked with all of the beach gear; (Umbrellas, 6 Tommy Chairs, skim board, coolers etc) The unit cooled down quickly when the A/C kicked on. The location was amazing. It was a short drive to Hanalei bay and the Queens Bath area. (QB close until March 24') The directions were very clear and the check-out procedure was quick and simple. (not a lot of demands) We were greeted with some shopping bags and a welcome envelope with all of the directions and recommendations around the Island. The owners are awesome and constantly made sure we were comfortable. I rate this place 5 Stars!!!! We'll be back. P.S. Some friends that went with us, also booked with the Parrish Collection on a different property and had a very similar excellent experience!

Fantastic place to stay on the north shore! It's a quiet and private place with beautiful grounds to walk as well as right next to an incredible golf course. A huge plus was the central air.

Could\'ve been cleaner

We had quite a problem with cockroaches which I know can be an issue in HW, but we've stayed in this same development and not encountered them before. Wish they would've provided more of the little things like trash bags, a few extra blankets, etc. There were also a lot of things that were required at check out even though we paid a cleaning fee.
Aloha Melanie. We try to be diligent about the cleaning, but sometimes we miss something and we apologize. We would have had Housekeeping come back to tidy up any areas you needed or deliver additional supplies if we had known. We also want to assure you that all of our properties are routinely treated for pest control. Sometimes you may see more activity after the treatment. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The home as amazing with the comforts of home. Home also had plenty of beach towels and items for our use. We had a wedding that weekend and having an amazing place like this and the location made it truly perfect.

Great Place
by Britton L.The property is clean and super comfortable. Great location, quiet, grounds well kept and pool nice with BBQ. Close to Hanalei and driveable to many beaches. Beds comfortable and central AC. Equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler which was so helpful. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Den now has a queen size bed which was great! Only thing that would make it better is a bigger newer couch in living room. We would totally come back again!

Princeville Condo
by Alyssa N.Overall the property was very nice. The process was very easy from beginning to end. I especially was appreciative of management allowing us to stay for a late check (minimal fee) out of 2pm which allowed us to do an excursion in the morning and then return to take showers before our departure. The community pool was very nice. We were able to walk all over the Princeville area. The only thing I would say is there was no pizza pan or pizza cutter so we had to improvise to make a pizza. Property was as it was listed. We would stay again and would probably as I have a family member moving to the North Shore. Thank you.

Very comfortable condo in Princeville
by Dan H.We had a great stay here! The condo is very comfortable and new, with 2 great master suites (one upstairs, one downstairs). A/C works great and kept the condo cool. You definitely need a car to get around, and there are a bunch of great beaches to check out. Definitely recommend!
