I would highly recommend this location! I spent three weeks here and everything was great. I was given the wrong code for the lockbox in the check-in instructions, but I was able to call guest services and get it resolved in no time so we could get inside. Overall amazing service, and I always appreciate a clean place to stay, which this was. I can say I am glad this is where I ended up, and I would absolutely stay here again. It's a short walk to the beach where the seaturtles come up every night, and an incredible place for snorkeling.

I can’t speak highly enough about the interactions and support the host provided. We initially booked another unit with a pool but we’re notified about the closure of the pool for most of our stay. We had booked with Parrish Kauai’s unit so we could take advantage of the pool with our infant. They were awesome about making sure we had options and got us into the unit we stayed in with no headache. I was blown away with how awesome all of their people I interacted were. 11/10 these people get what hospitality is!

by Dana G.Having never stayed in a condo for vacation before, I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a very well-appointed, comfortable location on a beautiful property practically right next to Poipu Beach! I stayed in #704 at Nihi Kai. The very nice kitchen had just about anything you could possibly need to cook, and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent toiletries. The TVs, WiFi and cable services were excellent. The condo I rented was two-level with the entry on the second level (I knew this ahead of time), and the property has a lot of elevation associated with it so this particular condo is not for you if you have difficulty with stairs or are not able to get around well. Just be sure to bring these issues up when making reservations so they can find the right place for you. A friend stayed at the Pili Mai property at the same time and she had only good things to say about it as well, so I can highly recommend Parrish Collection properties with confidence. I\'m staying there again in a few weeks!

Nice unit
by Alana ZieglerWe stayed in Unit 704. Very nicely updated unit with nice appliances. Could use more kitchen tools. Living room furniture okay. Two bedrooms downstairs. Comfortsble beds even though the bedroom door in the second bedroom could not be closed because it hit one of the beds. Grounds and BBQ area were clean and well kept. Ground crews were friendly and helpful as well. Screen doors need some maintenance. Always coming off the track. Nice beach chairs that we used daily. First time in Building 7. Prefer Building 8.

A beautiful spot, great location, beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, AC and fans well placed, comfortable beds! And perfect for two couples, as bedroom/bathroom facilities virtually identical. Construction (they are renovating building by building) made for noisy weekdays during our stay, but your experience may be different. Highly recommend.
