Our family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) loved our stay at Nihi Kai Villas! The unit was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a fun stay in Poipu - they provided beach gear (umbrella, snorkels, toys, boogie boards) and the kitchen was very well stocked!! We were grateful for the in-house washer and dryer (detergent provided), and the AC units kept the space cool. All bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Beds were very comfortable, and both rooms had AC, fans, and dark shades, which made for quiet, restful sleep!! The landscaping around the villas was beautiful and we loved the proximity to lots of nearby beaches, restaurants and shops (many are even walkable!!). The hosts communicated regularly through text and email and we felt very well cared for during our stay!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Kauai is such a magical place, with so much to explore, and this unit is a fantastic spot to come home to after a day of adventuring!

Peaceful place, slept great, and everything was clean & in working order. We loved having coffee on the balcony and walking on the path, crossing the street and being at the beach. Will recommend to others!

Beautiful condo
by Kirsten KennyThis condo was very clean upon arrival. The furnishings are super comfy and very stylish! The kitchen was well equipped and clean! There were beach toys and 3 sizes of coolers for the beach. Lots of extra blankets too because with the AC on (we like to sleep cold) we used the extra blankets. I loved the up/down of the condo because even though there’s another condo above, we didn’t hear them when sleeping because the bedrooms are on the lower floor. A/C worked well. The pool was very nice. Although the hot tub is not a hot tub, it’s really just a slightly warmer soaking pool. The proximity to the beaches is awesome. We walked to them and to dinner at Brennecke’s.

2층 숙소로 1층에는 베드룸2개, 2층은 거실과 주방으로 된 구조였습니다. 2층 발코니에서는 바다가 일부 보이고 아침을 먹기 좋은 곳이었습니다. 숙소가 매우 넓고, 쾌적했던 점이 좋았습니다. 전반적인 숙소 청결도나 컨디션도 맘에 들었습니다. 위치는 포이푸비치가 도보로 접근가능하다는 점에서 매우 좋았고, 숙소 바로 앞 비치는 부기보드를 타기 매우 좋았습니다. 숙소에 대한 안내도 정확하였고 호스트와 연락하기도 매우 편했습니다. 숙소 내에 바로 사용할 수 있게끔 얼음이 얼려져 있었고, 비치의자, 누들, 부기보드, 아이스박스 등 모든게 완벽하게 구비되어 있었습니다.

Very nice stay.. updated property with good A/C on all levels and large well-stocked kitchen with ice maker. Perfect bed arrangement for a couple and their grown kids in their 20’s. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Provided beach towels were large and thick. Also appreciated the beach chairs and washer/dryer. Easy walk to the nearby beaches. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Wonderful, large 2 bedroom / 2 bath place a short walk from Poipu beach! The condo/townhouse is super nice - felt recently renovated. We easily settled in and felt comfortable lounging around in the space.
Good privacy for groups because the bedrooms are on the lower level and on opposite sides. En-suite bathrooms for both (though one has a door to the hallway).
A/C units and fans throughout for great climate control.
Four outdoor seating areas + large living/dining space = lots of places to hangout.
WiFi was fast and reliable. Main TV is huge!
The pool on the property is solid - nice view of the ocean (and nice spot to hangout for the sunset).
We liked that there were included beach chairs (though would have been nice to have an umbrella too). Also includes three hard-sided coolers!
Would certainly go back!

Kauai Trip
by Wanda L.The washing machine needed to be replaced during our stay which was disappointing. The management team did offer a laundry service but we had to turn our laundry in days before our departure. The bedrooms were outfitted with barn doors. These doors had no latches and the door on the primary would just slide open unless we hooked the handle on the door trim. Lacked privacy. Kitchen was well stocked and our view of the ocean from the deck was very nice. We felt the air conditioning on the main living area couldn’t keep this area cool.

Myself and 2 adult daughters stayed at Niki Kai #504.Living area was on 2nd floor,with bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs.By other reviews,I was a bit concerned about the bathoom and bedroom 1 floor down as I'm in my 60's.That was not even an issue as the stairs were nicely carpeted.Basic soaps were supplied.Kitchen was up-to-date.We ate breakfast every morning on the 2nd floor balcony.It was nice having beach chairs and a body board for our use. It was walking distance to both Brenneke and Poipu Beach and beautiful sunsets right from resort.I cannot think of anything to improve this unit off hand. Wish we stayed longer and will definitely stay at this property next time we come to Kauai.

Good location and recently remodeled villa
by Sat B.We had a pleasant stay at this villa. It seemed to be remodeled recently with A/C in each room which helped a lot during our stay. All necessary utensils were provided for cooking but didn't provide starting essentials like cooking oil which other properties do. Luckily there was a store nearby. Also it was a bit difficult to find our villa since there are many villas within the property. I will suggest adding clear instructions on how to get to individual villa once booked. There is a swimming pool within the property which was refreshing especially after spending long hours at the nearby beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend anyone travelling with family to consider this property. One minor note, our villa was in the second floor, so we had to climb stairs to get to the front door and the bedrooms were downstairs, so we had to use stairs to get to the bedrooms. This might be troublesome for some since I don't remember seeing this spelled out in the description while booking. Was not an issue for us.

Parrish collection offers the best condo space at prices that we could afford. We enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to Poipu Beach, and we got to watch the sunset every evening. We snorkeled, my son surfed, and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean. The property is well maintained, and safe to walk at night.
A perfect stay
by Leslie H.This property is fantastic in every way. It is beautifully remodeled and feels beachy in a sophisticated way. The rooms were spacious and we loved having breakfast on the lanai. The condo is in an excellent location, super short walk to Poipu beach, which is safe for swimming and where the turtles rest nightly. The condo was well stocked. It has everything you need. My only comment would be that they only supply 4 beach towels so we had to wash them almost daily. More towels would be great but that would not deter me from staying here again. I loved everything about the condo. Check in was super easy and management staff was responsive. Highly recommended!

Lovely place!
by Stephanie Q.Great condo - pretty decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings. It’s an easy walk to Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s, and equipment rentals. We started each day with coffee on the lanai and enjoyed “coming home” to shower, eat, talk about our adventures that day, and take an evening dip in the pool. The two bedrooms each have their own bath (and TV) are located downstairs. It was a good fit for our family of 4. Our kids are 15 and 21.
