Favorite spot to stay! Very comfortable and great location.

We were very satisfied with our stay — the place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Poipu is beautiful, and this spot made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

All you need for two people. Great location. Walkable to plenty or easy drive to everything. Bed is AMAZING!!!

Place was great and accurately described. Reviews were accurate as well. Owner lives onsite and couldn’t have been a friendlier person. Accommodating as well. The location is a block away from the nicest sunset you could ask for. Will for sure be renting again from here.

Randall was the best host! He was knowledgeable about the island and local attractions. He was so friendly! The place was clean, had all of the amenities we could ask for, and was walking distance to local beaches and eateries. We would deinitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! Easy check in process and communication was great. The location is right next to the water and you can even see the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Kaui!

The South side of the island is by far the place to stay. We will be return for sure.

The location was very close to great beaches. We could walk just about everywhere. Very safe and friendly feeling to the whole complex. We used the great beach chairs, snorkel equipment and boogie boards. It is a noisy, busy location but nothing that detracted from our two week stay.

Very very homey stay. As a female solo traveler, I usually have a hard time sleeping the first night at any airbnb but it was so cozy, I fell right asleep. The location is to die for and the 24/7 call line is a lifesaver. Every area is gorgeously setup from living room, bathroom, kitchen and patio. My only regret is not staying longer but that just means I will be back! The communication before, during and after my stay was also excellent. Book if you can and you can thank me later!

Would love to come back and stay again here. We did our baby moon here and enjoyed the place!

A gem! The location is amazing! You can walk to multiple beaches, a great deli/restaurant/shaved ice place. Walkable to starbucks and local coffee shop too. The home is about 30 minutes from airport, target, walmart, and costco. This cute rental had everything we needed! Clean and communication was quick, self-check-in. The unit is spacious (for only being a 1 bedroom, the rooms/bath were nicely sized!). The kitchen was great and also large, with a nice counter/bar area. Shared laundry in exterior space, off-street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, unit was very clean, modern, well furnished. The only complaint we have is the noise. The Parrish Group personnel office is right behind this unit. Trash service truck shows up around 6am. Employees between 6-7 am. The gravel driveway and employees talking in the parking lot creates a lot of early morning noise. If you don’t plan on sleeping past 6am, or are a very sound sleeper it shouldn’t be an issue. Other than the early morning noise our stay was great.

We a great stay and look forward to returning. the location was perfect to walk to the beach or dinner. The cabana area set up is great for grilling. Our hosts were easy going and answered all our questions. An amazing place to get away and chill

Great place. The owners of the unit (separate from the company that handles the rental) are great—they were very approachable and it was fun meeting them. Bed was comfortable and the location near the beach is ideal.

Our stay in Poipu was fantastic!! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. It was a quick 1/2 block walk to the ocean (perfect for our nightly cocktail while watching the sunset), and about a 1/2 mile walk to Brennecke’s Restaurant and Baby Beach (AKA: Brennecke’s Beach). We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Kauai. Mahalo!

This was an amazing stay. Steps away from the Poipu beach and shops/restaurants. The unit was clean and welcoming, would be great for a couples getaway. Parking and getting inside the unit was made extremely easy.

Our Airbnb was beautiful and Parrish had everything covered. There was a full kitchen with all the cookware and cleaning supplies provided. Beautiful balcony area with a couch for relaxing and table for eating together. The Airbnb was also a super short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Stayed here for 3 nights as a central location for exploring Kauai. The place was lovely, only about a couple of blocks away from Brennecke\'s Beach and a little further for Poipu. Laundry was unfortunately out of order during our stay but the folks at Parrish were very responsive and arranged to get our laundry done by housekeeping. The booking process was a bit awkward as Parrish is a separate rental company from which this unit can be booked (as we later realized). After booking through Airbnb you\'ll receive a communication requesting your personal email. This was not standard per our prior interaction with Airbnb, but in the end everything worked out great.

Look no further! Stay here! Awesome Location, super helpful communication and everything was easy! The place was super clean, had beach chairs and cooler (that was great) , outdoor grill, and all the accommodations were very nice. The kitchen supplies were also new and clean. Amazing value!!
