Place was great and accurately described. Reviews were accurate as well. Owner lives onsite and couldn’t have been a friendlier person. Accommodating as well. The location is a block away from the nicest sunset you could ask for. Will for sure be renting again from here.

Loved staying here! Easy check in process and communication was great. The location is right next to the water and you can even see the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Kaui!

Perfect Kauai getaway!

We loved our stay here, great location. Walking distance to multiple beaches! We loved being able to walk in the area and a quick drive to some great restaurants. Location was great but the condo is right by where all the maintenance people are which can be a bit noisy at times in the morning however it was still a great area! Highly recommend for sure.

The location was very close to great beaches. We could walk just about everywhere. Very safe and friendly feeling to the whole complex. We used the great beach chairs, snorkel equipment and boogie boards. It is a noisy, busy location but nothing that detracted from our two week stay.

Very very homey stay. As a female solo traveler, I usually have a hard time sleeping the first night at any airbnb but it was so cozy, I fell right asleep. The location is to die for and the 24/7 call line is a lifesaver. Every area is gorgeously setup from living room, bathroom, kitchen and patio. My only regret is not staying longer but that just means I will be back! The communication before, during and after my stay was also excellent. Book if you can and you can thank me later!

A gem! The location is amazing! You can walk to multiple beaches, a great deli/restaurant/shaved ice place. Walkable to starbucks and local coffee shop too. The home is about 30 minutes from airport, target, walmart, and costco. This cute rental had everything we needed! Clean and communication was quick, self-check-in. The unit is spacious (for only being a 1 bedroom, the rooms/bath were nicely sized!). The kitchen was great and also large, with a nice counter/bar area. Shared laundry in exterior space, off-street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, unit was very clean, modern, well furnished. The only complaint we have is the noise. The Parrish Group personnel office is right behind this unit. Trash service truck shows up around 6am. Employees between 6-7 am. The gravel driveway and employees talking in the parking lot creates a lot of early morning noise. If you don’t plan on sleeping past 6am, or are a very sound sleeper it shouldn’t be an issue. Other than the early morning noise our stay was great.

Great place. The owners of the unit (separate from the company that handles the rental) are great—they were very approachable and it was fun meeting them. Bed was comfortable and the location near the beach is ideal.

Our stay in Poipu was fantastic!! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. It was a quick 1/2 block walk to the ocean (perfect for our nightly cocktail while watching the sunset), and about a 1/2 mile walk to Brennecke’s Restaurant and Baby Beach (AKA: Brennecke’s Beach). We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Kauai. Mahalo!

Poipu house

This was an amazing stay. Steps away from the Poipu beach and shops/restaurants. The unit was clean and welcoming, would be great for a couples getaway. Parking and getting inside the unit was made extremely easy.

Our Airbnb was beautiful and Parrish had everything covered. There was a full kitchen with all the cookware and cleaning supplies provided. Beautiful balcony area with a couch for relaxing and table for eating together. The Airbnb was also a super short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Amazing place! It’s literally steps away from Piopu Beach. We stayed here our entire 8 day trip in Kauai and it was the perfect home base to drive to other parts of the island during the day and return back to Piopu in the evening. On days you don’t want to drive far or at all there is plenty of things to do nearby. The apartment has a very good air conditioner that keeps the entire unit cool. I’d say the only downside to this apartment is that a few days during the week a trash truck comes up the street early in the morning and if you are a light sleeper it may wake you up. I highly recommend this place and would come back here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a central location for exploring Kauai. The place was lovely, only about a couple of blocks away from Brennecke\'s Beach and a little further for Poipu. Laundry was unfortunately out of order during our stay but the folks at Parrish were very responsive and arranged to get our laundry done by housekeeping. The booking process was a bit awkward as Parrish is a separate rental company from which this unit can be booked (as we later realized). After booking through Airbnb you\'ll receive a communication requesting your personal email. This was not standard per our prior interaction with Airbnb, but in the end everything worked out great.

Look no further! Stay here! Awesome Location, super helpful communication and everything was easy! The place was super clean, had beach chairs and cooler (that was great) , outdoor grill, and all the accommodations were very nice. The kitchen supplies were also new and clean. Amazing value!!

Lovely neighborhood

We loved this small place just a block from the water. Poipu is a great little community. The owner of the place was very kind and available for advice. He also left some mangos on our porch one day for us to enjoy. Would definitely like to stay here again -- perfect for two people to relax in beautiful Kauai.

We visited Kauai for the first time and stayed in 3 different places, to get a feel of the areas, and this location was by far the best one. We figured that in the winter it’s absolutely best to stay on the South side as it gets better weather, the North being rainier. Poipu is a great base and the location is close to the beach and lots of attractions and amenities (i also found out that most charters start from Port Allen, pretty close). The place itself was very safe, neat, stylish and comfortable. We felt right @ home and should’ve stayed there for the entire stay instead!

Good place

Pretty well kept. The bedroom doesn’t have A/C, and no shades/blinds on most the windows in the room. You can also hear all the traffic since these “windows” are more like shutters. so if you’re a fussy sleeper like me you may have a hard time sleeping. Other than that I though it was good.
Mahalo for your review. The AC in the unit is enough to keep the whole space cool as long as you do not shut the Shoji panel door. If you do, then it will reduce the air flow. We will pass on your comment on the blackouts for the jalousie windows. Please note, there are curtains and the jalousie windows are opaque, so you do have privacy.

Great Place

Nalo Studio B was a terrific place. Nice big kitchen with dishware and cookware. Very comfortable with AC since Kauai was pretty steamy at the time. One problem was the lock on the lock box at the office was really hard to open.

Cottage delightful!

Cottage cozy and just right size for two. Being close to Brennecke Beach a plus for sure in addition to seeing the ocean at the end of the block. Nice Decor and new bathroom and kitchen. Perhaps a trade more flatware, glasses and plates or small containers for leftovers would be a useful addition. Loved it and would rent again.

Nice studio, perfect for two

We enjoyed our stay in Studio B. It was very clean, small but perfect for two people. It is noisy in the mornings so if you like to sleep in, this is not the place for you. The loud garbage trucks come several times per week around 6:30. Short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood. Patio area was really nice.

My first VRBO

I didn’t know quite what to expect, and was very pleasantly surprised with this condo! The location is great -- a short walk to wonderful Poipu Beach. You can easily hear the surf and that adds to the relaxation. The condo was immaculate and the furnishings very comfortable. Parking was easy and very close. The interior of this unit is dark -- walls, rugs, furniture, cabinets; repainting even the ceilings would lighten it up. And at some times of day there is a lot of noise from the business next door and from garbage trucks. But I would rent this one again in a heartbeat!

Loved the unit and location

We had a couple of issues that were resolved but took longer than we thought they should have. Staff is always pleasant. They should provide more towels to guests staying 2 weeks or longer…2 dish cloths and 2 face towels and 2 wash rags is less than realistic….we don’t vacation to do laundry. That said we would feginitely use Parrish again.

Neat condo with amenities but extremely noisy

The ocean view is a bit misleading--the view is further away than how it appears in the pictures. The rest of the pictures inside the condo is quite accurate. The problem was the noise in the morning. The Parish collection office/or some other office related is next door and all the personnel or someone starts the day ~ 7—lots of noisy trucks coming and going. The walls are thin and I could hear the next condo TV with the doors closed. The bed wasn’t super comfortable either. But the plus point is, it had AC which is important on some days even in December.

Great location. Cozy and well appointed space

We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. Our studio was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. On a quiet street just a minute walk from the ocean. Fabulous sunsets every evening and a quick drive to many local eateries. Loved it:)

Clean, updated, lovely and easy walk to the beach.

Lower tenants were very friendly and helpful. Gave us lemons and limes right off their tree. The outdoor sitting area is very nice and a good view of the ocean. The two beach chairs, boogie board and cooler were very useful and a great touch. We really enjoyed the unit, area and people. When we go back we will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Spot!

Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend. It is the perfect size for 2 people but could probably fit 3-4 using the couch. Super close to the beach, loved walking to Brennecke Beach every morning to catch the turtles. And Poipu Beach is right around the corner! Great location, very clean and has everything you need. Air Conditioning was super helpful as well. Absolutely would stay here again.

Perfect!

We loved staying here! Location is fantastic, roughly 100 yards from the ocean, which can be seen through the windows of the property. Super convenient to have a full kitchen, chairs/boogie boards/cooler to take to the beach, and hose to wash stuff off. The property is VERY nice. A couple more beach towels would have been appreciated, but we made it work the 2 that were provided. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this rental and would definitely stay again.
