Great stay, perfect location
We had an awesome time at Poipu beach, best location just couple of minutes walk from the best beach. Apartment was very nice and Spacious. Our host was great, gave us hiking tips and assisted in whatever we needed. Can’t wait to come back again!

This was the perfect property for my stay. As shown and perfect location. Everything was in working order, clean and accommodating. The only thing I wish would be different is the lock on the actual door to this location. They promote locking your things up and keeping things out of site but I didn't feel the lock on the door was as safe as it could be. Other then that, this was the perfect property.

Pros:
- nice, clean and private space- perfect for a couple. Bed was comfortable.
- beach chairs, coolers provided, laundry
- great view and lots of birds, lovely lanai
- lovely owner who we met
Cons:
- no ice packs provided for coolers and very little ice
- no oil or vinegar or other basics for cooking
- it’s a dead end but the Parrish business seems to be based behind it so there is a lot of traffic and people turning around, which is right in front of your lanai.
-check out is at 10am, which was too early for us. The cleaning person was sitting outside waiting for us to leave way before 10 which made us feel rushed.
- Parrish company sends you a long message when you book saying they will communicate through text and email and not the platform, which freaked me out. Turned out it was just the check-in info but I initially thought I might be getting scammed because that’s a weird message to get right off the bat.
-pillows need to be upgraded.

As our team advised we would have been happy to extend your checkout time a few hours however a guest was checking in on your departure date. To ensure we can check in our guests at the guaranteed check-in time our Housekeeping staff does adhere to a tight schedule. Additionally, we do requests that guests that book via AirBNB provide their personal email address so we may have an additional form of communication specifically for the arrival details only. Guests are welcome to communicate via the AIRBNB platform however check in information is sent via text and email only. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Very nice getaway rental
I was very impressed with the property. The owner obviously added many details to make sure your stay was a much better experience than a typical impersonal hotel. From matching dishes to full set beach gear, everything was great. Full kitchen has what you need to cook and serve. Neighborhood was quiet, you had a great view of the ocean from the lanai and the bedroom window, and the wind vlew through pleasantly the apartment when then windows were open. Walk in shower was tiled and had great pressure and temp. More than i expected going in. Am well pleased. I was on business for this trip and by myself, but this looks like a great place foe a couple to go on a little getaway. I plan to return to Kaua'i in the near future with my wife for our anniversary, and this propery is at the top of my list should it be avaliable once i figure out travel plans and times.

Wonderful renovated condo, walking distance from Poipu beach. The owner provided everything we needed (fully equiped kitchen, beach accessories, washer and dryer, patio and bbq). All interactions were very pleasant. Location location!

We really enjoyed everything about this place, the ocean view from the balcony, the kitchen which was super equipped, the spotless cleanness of the apartment and the neighbourhood.

Paradise
I have stayed here numerous times and it is my favorite place. Has all the amenities that you need, is very quiet, and is out of the way. I wish I could book this place every time I visit Kauai!!

We have had wonderful experiences with Parish staff and properties. When I have called, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We stay right next to the parish office and they are incredibly mindful of the surrounding properties, you wouldn’t even know they are working.
Great location and home!
Awesome location in a wonderful neighborhood close to the beach. Felt so comfortable!! Our home away from home. Sweet gestures from the owner of fresh limes and papaya! The property manager made our 30th Anniversary trip special with a surprise upon arriving and great communication throughout. Super all around!

A fantastic location....easily walkable to the beach, even with umbrella/chairs/etc under arms 😉 I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up on the ocean with the palm trees in silhouette. I was able to play Pickleball across the street after making friends with guests of the complex. There is great boogie boarding and snorkeling close by and many restaurants to pick from within a few minutes of driving. We would return here if coming back to Kauai.

Staying at a Parrish property is so worth it! Our stay was so simple and easy it's as if a family member had prepared the property for us! Check/out was fast and efficient and the property is exactly as represented in the listing! We will stay again!
Staying at this property was perfect for my little family of 3 (wife, 5 yr old son, and myself). Great location! Walking distance to beach and a couple of food places. I would stay here again.
Can’t say enough good things! My family has stayed on Parrish properties on the North Shore but this was my first time in Poipu. The location was amazing - literally one block from the beach. Had all the amenities you’d want - kitchen supplies, beach gear, towels, you name it. It was clean and even though it’s a studio, there is a sliding door to the bedroom. Great outdoor space, too and a parking spot is included! Thanks for another great experience on my favorite island!
Good location for Poipu access
Easy walk to small Brenneke beach for body surfing and seeing sea turtles up close. Nice apartment with dedicated parking just outside. Good location for Poipu shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful Views
This property was great for our week vacation on Kauai. The place was clean and was accessible to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our morning walks down to the beach.
We really enjoyed staying in Nalo A. The place was clean, quiet, has a view of the ocean. We stayed for a week and used the grill and the kitchen most nights. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked, although some of the knives were a bit dull and a couple more bowls/plates/utensils would be helpful (but there is a dishwasher!). We were rained in and enjoyed staying dry and reading on the lanai, which had comfortable furniture. The bed was a bit soft for us, but we are used to a pretty firm mattress at home. The location of the condo was the perfect home base for sightseeing on the south and west shores and walking to Poipu beach (we appreciated that the condo had beach chairs available). We also got a couple of papayas from the tree in the yard, which were delicious. Overall, we had a really great stay (despite some rainy weather) and would recommend!
We love this property. It is close to the beach with ocean views, but offers a great lanai and the ability to cook outside and watch the sunset. Staying in a Parish Collection property is a great experience. The communication is clear and there’s always someone to help if there are any questions. The check-in process is unlike any other property I’ve ever stayed with. I receive a text with clear instructions and a key code to get my initial keys to get into the property. the property is always clean and tidy and everything is in working condition. There are no surprises which is one of the most important things. Always a great experience.
Perfect for single person on business
This is a great property! The nearby Grand Hyatt was sold out and I went to Kauai for a conference. This is a great deal for those who still want to be close to the beach. If traveling by myself to Kauai in the future, would definitely stay again.
Loved our stay here. The unit was perfect for my husband and i and the location was awesome. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Great place
I was here on business so did not enjoy the beach or anything. However, the location is great for that and the place is nice and clean. Very easy check in and check out. I\'ll be staying here again.
Nice apartment with a great view down the street to the ocean. Convenient parking. So close to Poipu. Not the most modern or spacious place, but the location and view make up for it. Everything worked (despite the safe which was fixed a day later). The front door has a glass window - sometimes people pass to the other unit next door and can look straight into your home. I put a towel there to get some privacy. Thanks!
Location was perfect, very convenient and amazing ocean views. The house was perfect for all of our needs from sleep to cooking and relaxing. The area around the house was clean and quiet. The host was attentive, thoughtful and accurate. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this one bedroom apartment. It is the perfect size for two people, and could not be in a better location. We loved walking down to the nearby beaches each day to relax or go for a swim.
The place is good value for the expensive side of the island, so if you want to be in the area it's great but we found Princeville to be a better value. That being said parking was great the view of the sunset and sunrise while eating outside pretty awesome. The owners are super nice very friendly. The bed comfortable and the layout is really nice.

Wonderful experience
The property was exactly as described and the company interacted with us professionally and friendly. The setting was a block from the beach with a local restaurant within walking distance. The welcoming bottle of champagne kicked off our 41st anniversary.
We really enjoyed our stay with Parrish. The home felt very welcoming and cozy. Great location.

Great space, noisy location
The space and layout were perfect for two adults, and the proximity to the beaches was excellent. The location and neighborhood made for all outside sound audible and prominent in the unit. Communication was great prior to our arrival, though less reliable during our stay.

We loved our stay in Nola A. It was a great apartment with easy check-in, amenities were great, loved the outdoor shower to rinse off salt and sand, so close to Poipu. It felt really central in the south shore. It was our favorite place we rented during our stay in Hawaii (one week in Maui and one week in Kauai with five different rentals)! Wish we actually stayed here longer~
Everything was as described. Beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable . Communication with Parrish was great and detailed.
Perfect apartment for two that is very clean & close to great beaches. Like many people traveling in early post-pandemic months, we were unable to secure a rental car. Plan ahead because you NEED a car if you want to tour the rest of the island or even buy groceries to cook in the condo. There are no grocery stores in walking distance. We walked 3 miles (round trip) three times to a local shopping center with restaurants. Two local shuttle services claim the address does not exist & we didn’t know how we were going to arrive. Fortunately, Parrish staff recommended a local & excellent shuttle service to help us to the condo & eventually back to Lihue on departure day. Beautiful beaches are close by, wifi was fast & great for a few online meetings we had during the trip. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Sweet Place to Stay!
This studio apartment was perfect for us! The bed was sooo comfortable, the lanai stretched across the front of the unit giving us a special place to watch the ocean, the night sky & people in the neighbourhood walking by. Everything was so easy from check-in to check-out. We loved it!
