A fantastic location....easily walkable to the beach, even with umbrella/chairs/etc under arms 😉 I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up on the ocean with the palm trees in silhouette. I was able to play Pickleball across the street after making friends with guests of the complex. There is great boogie boarding and snorkeling close by and many restaurants to pick from within a few minutes of driving. We would return here if coming back to Kauai.

Staying at a Parrish property is so worth it! Our stay was so simple and easy it's as if a family member had prepared the property for us! Check/out was fast and efficient and the property is exactly as represented in the listing! We will stay again!

Can’t say enough good things! My family has stayed on Parrish properties on the North Shore but this was my first time in Poipu. The location was amazing - literally one block from the beach. Had all the amenities you’d want - kitchen supplies, beach gear, towels, you name it. It was clean and even though it’s a studio, there is a sliding door to the bedroom. Great outdoor space, too and a parking spot is included! Thanks for another great experience on my favorite island!

Good location for Poipu access

Easy walk to small Brenneke beach for body surfing and seeing sea turtles up close. Nice apartment with dedicated parking just outside. Good location for Poipu shopping and restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying in Nalo A. The place was clean, quiet, has a view of the ocean. We stayed for a week and used the grill and the kitchen most nights. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked, although some of the knives were a bit dull and a couple more bowls/plates/utensils would be helpful (but there is a dishwasher!). We were rained in and enjoyed staying dry and reading on the lanai, which had comfortable furniture. The bed was a bit soft for us, but we are used to a pretty firm mattress at home. The location of the condo was the perfect home base for sightseeing on the south and west shores and walking to Poipu beach (we appreciated that the condo had beach chairs available). We also got a couple of papayas from the tree in the yard, which were delicious. Overall, we had a really great stay (despite some rainy weather) and would recommend!

We love this property. It is close to the beach with ocean views, but offers a great lanai and the ability to cook outside and watch the sunset. Staying in a Parish Collection property is a great experience. The communication is clear and there’s always someone to help if there are any questions. The check-in process is unlike any other property I’ve ever stayed with. I receive a text with clear instructions and a key code to get my initial keys to get into the property. the property is always clean and tidy and everything is in working condition. There are no surprises which is one of the most important things. Always a great experience.

Perfect for single person on business

This is a great property! The nearby Grand Hyatt was sold out and I went to Kauai for a conference. This is a great deal for those who still want to be close to the beach. If traveling by myself to Kauai in the future, would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment with a great view down the street to the ocean. Convenient parking. So close to Poipu. Not the most modern or spacious place, but the location and view make up for it. Everything worked (despite the safe which was fixed a day later). The front door has a glass window - sometimes people pass to the other unit next door and can look straight into your home. I put a towel there to get some privacy. Thanks!

Location was perfect, very convenient and amazing ocean views. The house was perfect for all of our needs from sleep to cooking and relaxing. The area around the house was clean and quiet. The host was attentive, thoughtful and accurate. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this one bedroom apartment. It is the perfect size for two people, and could not be in a better location. We loved walking down to the nearby beaches each day to relax or go for a swim.

The place is good value for the expensive side of the island, so if you want to be in the area it's great but we found Princeville to be a better value. That being said parking was great the view of the sunset and sunrise while eating outside pretty awesome. The owners are super nice very friendly. The bed comfortable and the layout is really nice.

Great space, noisy location

The space and layout were perfect for two adults, and the proximity to the beaches was excellent. The location and neighborhood made for all outside sound audible and prominent in the unit. Communication was great prior to our arrival, though less reliable during our stay.

We loved our stay in Nola A. It was a great apartment with easy check-in, amenities were great, loved the outdoor shower to rinse off salt and sand, so close to Poipu. It felt really central in the south shore. It was our favorite place we rented during our stay in Hawaii (one week in Maui and one week in Kauai with five different rentals)! Wish we actually stayed here longer~

Perfect apartment for two that is very clean & close to great beaches. Like many people traveling in early post-pandemic months, we were unable to secure a rental car. Plan ahead because you NEED a car if you want to tour the rest of the island or even buy groceries to cook in the condo. There are no grocery stores in walking distance. We walked 3 miles (round trip) three times to a local shopping center with restaurants. Two local shuttle services claim the address does not exist & we didn’t know how we were going to arrive. Fortunately, Parrish staff recommended a local & excellent shuttle service to help us to the condo & eventually back to Lihue on departure day. Beautiful beaches are close by, wifi was fast & great for a few online meetings we had during the trip. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

We arrived later than expected. The lock box was perfect as it allowed us to stop and purchase food before heading to the villa.

Poipu studio

This was just perfect for our stay. Close to the beach, we really enjoyed sitting on the lanai with a great view of the ocean. The room itself was everything we needed. Loved it! Will definitely will be our choice for a return visit.

Great Honeymoon Getaway

This property is exactly what the pictures and descriptions show! We loved this tropical cozy hideaway! Home was clean and modern! Kitchen and bathroom were spacious! Loved the screened in porch that looks out to the beach! This rental also comes with beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, snorkel and boogie boards- all of which were awesome to use on our beach days! This home is conveniently located to Brenneckes Beach- great beach with awesome snorkeling! Would stay at this rental property again in a heartbeat!

This place was fabulous!

This place was awesome. The only feedback that I have is that it would have been nice to know the dryer was a coin operated one. I do not remember this being noted in the review. Also, the white towels are nice, but to be worrying if you stain them, which results in a fee being charged, is a bit much. The small wash clothes to use as a substitute are a nice idea, but are not the equivalent of a bath towel. It felt a little like walking on egg shells and we were supposed to be relaxing on vacation. The vacationers are not responsible for the soil color and stains. Seems like there is a better plan to address this rather than fees to your vacationers. We are very neat so it was not an issue, but definitely not comforting. Otherwise wonderful!

Sorry you felt the note about the towels was “a bit much”. We are just trying to ensure people know the throw-away rags for cleaning shoes, red dirt, etc. and not to use the fresh clean white bath linens as it does ruin them for others and costs the owner money.

Great location!

Fantastic property! Had everything we needed and more. Perfect location.

Perfectly located up a small hill from the beach. Restaurants, beaches, convenience store all within a five minute walk. Bed was comfortable. Don’t think I could have found a more perfectly located and furnished apartment. My 16 year old daughter and I stayed here for 9 nights and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Vacation

Oversized Updated Poipu Studio

This is the real deal! It’s advertized as a studio but with a full kitchen (great gas stove!), dishwasher and full size fridge, as well as separate LR and BR, this place is a mini-suite! The view from the balcony is straight down to the ocean (Studio A, not B gives you this view). The unit has updated counters, bathroom and very comfy bedding. Appliances are new, too. Love the 60 inch TV too. Fresh papaya and limes growing in the backyard a free to use. Walk to Poipu beach is 5 minutes -- but off the heavily travelled beach road gives you a haven where the birds gently chirp you awake every morning. Heaven!

Exactly as advertised.

Excellent property and well stocked down to sharp knives and appealing decor. Comfortable surroundings after a day of adventuring or scuba diving…and a genial host to boot! The outdoor patio and grill were great and the balcony in the picture made for an excellent “perch” to watch the ocean, people come and go and have meals. Would rent this property again.

Beautiful suite with great location with ocean view at end of street and beautiful beaches close by.

Suite is comfortable, beautifully furnished and just a few steps away from a number of amazing beaches. Loved morning coffee on the lanai with breeze coming off ocean, watching sunset with whales swimming by and full moon on the beach. Hosts Randal and Joanne were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. We loved this place and would definitely recommend or hope to come again

Great property for the value

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners put a lot of attention into the details and were very cordial and welcoming towards us. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the unit were top notch. The property is a short walk to the local Poipu public beach so no driving was needed, which was an asset as parking is in short supply at the beach. It should be noted that conversations can be heard through the walls. This didn’t bother us, but could be a factor for some. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.

We had a blast! Location was the best. Randall & Joanne the owners were awesome!

Randall & Joanne the owners were awesome!! They brought us fresh avocados, limes and papayas right from the property. The unit was perfect for 2 people it looks like it was just renovated, very cool furnishings and just a 3 minute walk to Brennekes Beach. Unit had a great view of the ocean and a huge deck to enjoy mai tais & pupus We had a blast and will come back and stay again for sure.
