Paradise is located here

We thoroughly enjoy the location of the Manualoha property. It is close to fantastic beaches (Brennecke and Poipu) but also lots to do in the area. Shopping, golfing, hiking and fishing. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we love the pool with the ocean view. This was our second time at this property, first time at unit 1006. We really liked the unit. It was spacious and was well equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Everything worked and the unit was clean. We loved watching sunsets from the second storey lanai and eating breakfast and lunches on the main floor lanai, which because not ground level, offered a partial view of the ocean. The only criticism I have for this property is that the single beds in the lower bedroom are quite small. I had 2 tall boys with me over 6 feet tall who barely fit on this beds. Longer beds would be much better. I would also suggest getting a few more forks. We only had 7 and were constantly washing forks. Otherwise, an amazing stay! Mahola!

This location was perfect! So close to the beach, with a great view of it out the Lanai. The bedding was comfortable, plenty of things in the kitchen to use while we stayed there. Having the use of the washer and dryer was also very helpful! Also loved the use of beach chairs and toys.

Great place for our fam of 6. Beautiful complex, walk to Poipu beach and close enough to shops, etc. No a/c did not affect us at all. The ocean breezes were more than enough at night.

Clean and Refreshed. Location is good. Parrish is a great host. The lack of A/C is a challenge. On hot days it was a bit uncomfortable even with all the fans provided

I’ve been to Hawaii many times and this was my favorite place I’ve ever stayed! We didn’t want to leave it was so beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the house was so spacious and clean. Super close to the beach and pool and hot tub were awesome. This made me want to buy a condo here. We loved it so much. It doesn’t have ac but the fans worked out fine.

Perfect for a family

We were in Kauai for a family wedding. This place is great for a family. There were plenty of beach toys, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc in the closet for our use. Within walking distance to Poipu Beach. However you may want to drive if you don\'t have a wagon to pull the beach gear. The constant breezes in the primary suite upstairs made for great sleeping!

Great place! No ac was very manageable with fans and closing drapes when necessary. This place was a short walk to the pool and beach, and a wonderful place for our toddler. We enjoyed access to beach toys and accessories, even a kid life jacket. Kitchen had everything we needed, including Tupperware and a blender! Management was also super responsive.

Fantastic stay. Our family of 4 had everything we needed. It’s close to the beach (literally 5 minutes walking) and has enough beach stuff (chairs, sand buckets etc). Places was fantastic

Perfect location

Fantastic place. Tons of space, very clean, lots of light and very quiet (except for the roosters all over the island crowing). The beach is a short walk, hot tub is large, and the view from the top deck is indescribable, especially for sunset.

We had a fabulous time! Love the condo and the location/amenities! An easy walk to beautiful beaches for swimming, snorkeling, surfing/boogie boarding and great for kids and to see sea turtles. Local restaurant and coffee/smoothie shop was perfect for our morning beach stroll. The condo had excellent a airflow, lots of windows and screens to allow for cross ventilation. We loved having the extra fans to set up in the bedrooms, which complimented the ceiling fans in all the rooms. The main floor lanai is gorgeously tucked behind luscious palm leaves and slight peeks of the ocean are available while you’re relaxing. The condo is very spacious and we loved the open concept of the kitchen and the living space. We preferred the tile floors over having carpet for keeping it clean and cool. Be prepared to purchase staple items for the kitchen: seasonings, salt, pepper, oils, foil, etc. Bring your own beach toys and boogie boards as the ones left here were old and worn. These minor issues did not damper the joy of our vacation, and this condo through Parrish provided a wonderful stay! Thank you very much!

Location, cleanliness, amply supply of shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc., also enjoyed pool. The last night we were there, the battery on the smoke alarm started loudly beeping at 2 am and continued sporadically until we checked out at 10 am. Suggest having extra 9-volt batteries available in condo.

Great service and value!

Parrish alway provides prompt response to any concerns, wether it is a missing utensil or bed sheets. The unit was booked for 6 guests, however the first night the pull-out bed did not have sheets. Contacted Parrish the next day and sheets provided ASAP. Have used Parrish for all of my visits to Kauai, since 2004…and have been more than satisfied with their quick response to any concerns. Plan on returning with my family in 2021 for another month vacation…hopefully this unit will still be available as it meets all of our needs!

Not ideal for two couples

We had hoped for a two bedroom that would be good to share. Because of the layout, that was not the case here. One bedroom was huge with a sunroom and deck, the other was tiny, right off the entry with a door that didn’t close all the way. We also found the beds and pillows to be very uncomfortable and all of the bath products (including the hand soap) to have a very heavy, unpleasant aroma. However, the location was wonderful, just a short walk to the beach, and the unit was well situated.

Xmas 2019/20

The condo was superb, clean, fully kitted our kitchen, short walk to the beach, quiet location (apart from the roosters, but that is Kauai ???? enough parking spaces available and a communal Weber bbq for all to use. Would recommend this condo everytime.

Had a great time

We really enjoyed this condo and all the upgrades it featured! Really maintained well and appreciated all the shampoo and soap. The 2 downfalls were lack of any spices etc that are usually common when renting from vrbo instead of a rental company. The other was the mosquito infestation we had during our stay, even though we never left any doors open. I grew to hate that stupid things! We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for our family

The unit and it’s location was perfect for our family of 4. We have two children, ages 11 and 8. The unit is clean, well-maintained and stocked with everything you could need. The unit is in a great location and walking distance to Poipu beach, the Marriott and Sheraton. At Poipu beach we snorkeled and swam. In front of the Sheraton, we jumped over waves, boogie boarded and the adults swam (current too strong for children). The pool has a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit had a closet with boogie boards and other beach stuff like chairs, balls, etc. The unit is also walking distance to Brenneke’s restaurant and deli. I would walk early in the morning, grab a coffee at Brenneke’s (although there is a coffee maker in the unit), walk to Sheraton beach and see multiple monk seals laying on the beach. It was magical.

Perfect location and property for our trip of a lifetime!

We stayed at Manualoha at PoiPu from July 20-August 1st and highly recommend this amazing property. This place was spacious, clean, within walking distance to both the pool and PoiPu Beach, and perfect size for 5 of us. It is on the 2nd floor and we felt extremely safe leaving windows open at night for the cool breeze. It provides a large kitchen with everything available you would need to cook meals if you planned to stay in for breakfast or some afternoons or evenings. There is a very handy small washer and dryer we used quite a bit for our towels and swimwear. (You must buy your own detergent) plus a closet that had so many beach supplies, including: chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, inner tubes, pool noodles, 2 soft coolers, and beach toys for kids. The only downside my husband didn’t care for was no air conditioning, but my boys and I were fine with all the ceiling fans and windows open with the breeze. (He prefers it cold like a meat locker-haha). I would rate this as one of the nicest facilities we have ever stayed at for a family vacation, especially for such a special vacation coming from Pennsylvania. The staff was also so accommodating and set my mind at ease answering many questions I had before finalizing everything.

Exceeded our expectations on many levels!

Upon arrival we were all very pleased at the property, location and condo itself. Everything was in perfect working order, clean, open, aired out…amenities not included in the online information were an added plus. We had a great time in Poipu and will return and book with them again!

Clean condo in a perfect location

Our group loved our 3 night stay here. The condo provided plenty of space for 5 and each of the porches were great to pass some time. The check-in and check-out process was so easy and flawless. Communication and information was plentiful. The best part of the condo was the location! Minutes from shipwreck beach, Poipu beach and park and several other beautiful locations. Our group enjoyed several hikes especially the one along the coast starting at shipwreck beach. Great area to go exploring as well. I recommend catching the sunrise at the furthest southern point behind the condo toward the ocean. Breathtaking view. Also, we highly recommend Little Fish Coffee! We ate there every morning. We wish we could have spent more time! Would love to come back!

The property was beautiful w ocean and sunset views

I really loved this place. The price was great, the property was huge. The pool sat right up from the ocean. My one and only disappointment was that there was no air conditioning. At night it was cool enough w the fans and the breeze. Mid day the unit got very very hot. It was hard to get ready for dinner because you would be sweating. But,like I said. Place beautiful. Parrish were wonderful.

Wonderful Poipu Location

This was the most beautiful condo we have stayed in on the islands. It was SO roomy and spacious for our family of 6. We were all able to stretch out and relax. The walk was nice and close to Poipu beach. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed a swim every night in the amazing pool. The condo was very clean and just perfect. Thank you for making our trip to Kauai so enjoyable!

Nothing was overlooked!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was the best buy on the island as we were able to book it on a Friday deal. Please continue the Friday deals as it is the only way we can afford Hawaii. Our agent, Belinda, is great. She gave us an accurate description of the unit and directed us to the pictures on line which were true to life. You do a very professional job. We would like a few more cleaning supplies. For our two week stay we wanted to keep the condo up to the standards we found it in. As there was so much glass we bought Windex right away that we left for the next lucky guests. We love the island and wish we could afford to retire there. We hope to find another Aloha Friday deal so we can come back next February. We have recommended Parrish Collection to all our friend and relatives. Thank you.

Fantastic Condo

The weather was horrible but we had no control over that. Good thing the condo was beautiful Tastefully decorated all the appliances look almost new . We spend lots of time in it. They say pictures is worth a thousand words so that is why I have included some. I don’t anything negative to say about this place it was super clean when we arrived. The pool ( when it stop raining was great and it is a short walk to the beach. The Parrish Collection like always was great service. I hope this condo will be available the next time we come to Kawai
