30th birthday trip
Everything was excellent. The highlight of this place is the 180 degree views across the living room at lanai. You get the beautiful Kauai landscape on the right and the ocean on the left. Spectacular spot, excellent service from management. Would highly recommend!

Kauai Family Vacation
Property was in a wonderful, convenient location, short walking distance to Pooipu beach and restaurants. It's also close to several south shore and east shore beaches, perfect for the winter season and small children. The home matched the description accurately and provided gear for the beach such as snorkeling, chairs, towels, and beach toys. The views of the hills and ocean we're lovely.
Super clean and a great location. The property as advertised was spot on. The access to the athletic club near by was a great bonus.
The house had everything we needed for our family of five, from the stocked kitchen to the comfortable living & dining area, to the spacious deck where we enjoyed our morning breakfast. We used the beach chairs, towels and cooler provided. While at home we could open all the windows and enjoy the feel of a cool breeze. The views were incredible, the location was ideal and the memories we will cherish forever! From the deck we saw rainbows two of the mornings and beautiful sunset in the evenings. We enjoyed hikes a short distance from the house in addition to a few that we drove to. The beauty of Kauai is breathtaking, the pictures don't really do it justice.
This house is probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Our family of five had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully decorated with plenty of modern amenities and was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and take a day out on the beach (the beautiful beaches at Poipu are a 5-minute drive away). The A/C was so nice to come back to after a day of exploring the island. We had one super minor issue with the A/C and it was resolved quickly. There’s plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The near-panoramic views from the patio are incredible. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai.
