The Villas of Kamali`i at Princeville is a luxury townhouse style resort located at Princeville Resort on Kauai’s lush North Shore. Very similar in design to the Villas on the Prince, these two and three bedroom townhouse style units are bright, spacious and offer golf course, garden and mountain views. The Villas of Kamali`i is within walking distance to the golf course club house and Princeville’s other amenities and activities are just a short car drive away. The resort features club house with community barbeques and a swimming pool with a hot tub.

Next time we come I will definitely rent this place again. Specious and the view was amazing. We ask for 3 more beach chairs because it was only 2 for unit . It was five of us and the lady provided more. It was a plus for us. It be nice in the kitchen if they have electric kettle. Thank you for everything

My family and I were absolutely in love with this lush property! We\'d stayed in Princeville last year but strongly preferred this location over the more busy "heart"of the condo areas. This place is large and in charge - tons of room to spread out and relax. One thing to be aware of is that it gets relatively hot in the upper living area by late afternoon / early evening. We found that leaving the front door open when we were there was a great way to let in some trade wind cross-breeze. This condo area feels uber-safe, and it's right next to some stellar views of Hanalei on Hanalei Plantation Rd there. Communication with Parrish was a breeze. The price was very reasonable considering all we got. All told, we loved our experience with both this property and with Parrish. Mahalo!

Princeville and the north shore are my happy place. This property let me and my family roam in affordable luxury and I'm so grateful for it. Location and price were both standouts! Also the large size of the property felt like a great value!
5 stars for the condo, 6 stars for the people

Comfortably accommodates 5 or 6, including up to 2 couples in the master and second bedroom with king beds, and 1 or 2 kids in the third bedroom. The location is great for golf at Makai, walks around Princeville or down to the iconic sunsets at Puu Poa beach, or dipping down the road to Hanalei. The only issue we had during our stay was the washing machine was broke, but Parrish handled it professionally and with Aloha. It was no big deal, and I'm sure it will be repaired. I also wouldn't stress about the lack of central AC. You came to Kauai for ocean breezes - open the many windows - the condo is well ventilated. Special shout out to Kevin and his lovely family, the pride of Omao. Parrish isn't a faceless corporation. These people live on the island and the Aloha shines through. We'll be back to Kauai and will always look to book with Parrish.

Everything was good except lack of air conditioning in main living area and small bedroom.
Mahalo for your feedback. We do make sure to note in our listing that air conditioning is only in certain areas so guests are aware. While August can be a warmer month, the unit is equipped with ceiling fans in each room and standing fans to help keep things comfortable. We’re sorry it felt a little warmer than usual and hope to host you again in the future!

The property and Princeville area was a wonderful choice for our stay. We experienced some issues with figuring out the "smart" oven but were able to use the other appliances to complete our task. I would recommend maybe some directions.The home was full of all the things we needed to enjoy our trip; linens, appliances, chairs, etc. Note that the AC is only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We were there in August so a bit warm without the beautiful Hawaiian breezes. All correspondence were helpful and timely. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Our stay at the Villas of Kamalii through the Parrish group was amazing! The location was in a great area, central to everything we wanted to do on the north shore. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The staff provided easy check in instructions and directions. The staff offered open ended availability for what we may have needed during our trip. I would 10/10 recommend the Parrish group to book any stay with, and they have wonderful accommodations to choose from across the island! We will definitely book with them in the future!
Needs beach gear
by Carol K.Worst beach chairs ever! No access to garage - perhaps the better chairs were stored there. Who knows? For such an expensive rental - the beach gear should be provided - i.e. comfortable chairs that sit above the sand, umbrella, snorkel equipment.

The standard beach equipment we provide is two beach chairs and a cooler. At times, there may be additional items, like umbrellas or snorkel gear that a previous guest may have left for others to use. However, this is not always the case. Spacious condo, very comfortable!
by Gretchen H.The location is a quick easy in and out of Princeville. We were able to use dryer to keep beach towels ready to go, the kitchen was well equipped for making breakfasts, and the hot tub was nice to use after a rainy day hiking!

Spacious townhome needs upkeep
by Kevin N.The pros are the size of the townhome. More than enough room for our party of five. The townhome overlooks a beautiful vegetated ravine. The cons are the many repairs that need to be made. Broken windows and screens that let bugs in, coffee pot that didn’t fit the coffee maker, old stained carpeting, beach chairs that were rusted and didn’t work well etc. This could be a 4 or 5 star property if the owners kept up with routine maintenance and upgrades.

Where things were lacking the most is the communication and check in process. However, once you do reach out with a concern, the host is definitely willing to work with you. Bottom line: I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent condo for Kauai touring
by Angela F.I really enjoyed the location and privacy afforded by this property. The three bedrooms were spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The only thing lacking was that one of the showers wasn't sealed across the bottom of the door, making it flood the bathroom with use. I was told it would get fixed eventually, so we just used the other two showers instead. Also only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had AC, which I thought was a bit misleading in the ad for the place. Title was "BEDROOM AC AND ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!", while it should be "2 of 3 BEDROOMS with AC AND ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!"
