Hale Lani Kai at Poipu Beach

Great location, very relaxing for our family to be so close to everything!

This home was the perfect location, a 2 minute walk across the street to Poipu and Brennecke beaches. They had all the best gear- boogie boards, snorkels, beach equipment, etc. The kitchen has all cookwear, nice appliances, etc. The HVAC was a nice extra as it was quite warm. we stayed with 3 kiddos and our nanny, who had a separate area to retreat to downstairs. We will be back!

The house was great. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of space for everyone. Well equipped to fix almost any meal. Location right across the street from Poipu Beach. We sat on the grass in the park and watched the waves come in. Walked down the beach and saw turtles everyday and even monk seals sunning themselves. A quick walk across the street to watch the beautiful sunsets. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect for families that want to boogie board, snorkel and surf. The house was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and spacious with beautiful views of the ocean/beach and included a large deck with table, chairs and loungers. Half of the deck is covered which was nice to still be able to sit outside when it occassionally rained. It\'s an easy drive from the airport and located right next door to a surf shop and restaurant. We saw turtles and whales every day! It\'s also only about a half hour drive from the boat launch for Captain Andy\'s (we did the raft tour which was amazing!) It\'s also only about an hour or so to Waimea Canyon and lookouts - definitely a must see while in the area! Kelly was great to work with and check in/out was seamless. We also really appreciated the beach chairs that were available. The kitchen had everything we could possible have needed, the beds were really comfortable and everything was very clean. Would highly recommend! Mahalo!

Location is perfect. There is a very short walk to the beach. We saw turtles, whales and monk seals everyday. The sunsets draw people from all over the island. Proximity to the beach and park is a natural habitat for a lot of noisy roosters. We did grow use to them after our first night. Property was lovely. High end appliances in the kitchen. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Kelly was very responsive to any questions we had.

Second time we have stayed here - love this house! Great location near the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, amazing lanai with ocean view, and plenty of room for everyone. Can\'t go wrong with this house!

This house is well appointed and comfortably sleeps 6. You have the sound of the surf and access to Poipu beaches without having the hassle of driving and finding places to park! Owner very responsive. Do understand that you are very close to other houses and that almost every night there is a party at the park or on another house. So either roll with it, or wear ear plugs, we had a great time. New Years Eve was a spectacular fireworks show which we could watch from the comfort of our porch.

This was flawless and my first time taking this approach. I have done a lot of traveling and the owner really goes above and beyond to ensure your enjoyment of her home which is beautiful in every way.

We loved this house for our family of five. The surf shop right next store is where we rented snorkel gear for the week. The beach right across the small road had sea turtles every morning and amazing snorkeling. We were close to horse back riding, restaurants, stores, and obviously the beach. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The bathrooms luxurious. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill on the deck kept us from heating up the house every night. The outside shower and hose were essential after each beach trip and the game room was fun. The only draw back was no a/c, but if you expect that and use the fans it\'s bearable. We loved this house!

Ny family and I could not get together last Christmas so we decided to celebrate together in Kauai in June. The home was very nice, clean and convenient. The only issue we did not foresee was there was no air conditioning. However there were fans in every room and the proximity to the ocean provided a nice breeze. We really didn’t miss it! We would stay there again if we come back to this enchanting island.

This house is the perfect place to enjoy Kauai and Poipu. Proximity to beach, early morning walks to tide pools, and dinner on the deck is as good as it can get. Thank you Kelly Lynn.

I have never seen a vacation rental as well stocked as this one. They had everything on could possible need. We loved the ability to walk across the street and be a the beach. Our only problem was the house was vey hot. There were ceiling fans in all the rooms and a few extra ones in a closet, but it was uncomfortable at times. We closed all the blinds before leaving the house in order to keep the heat out but it didn\'t seem to help much. When we spoke to the property manager she just pointed out that there were extra fans in a closet. We had every fan available going. Still too hot. Other than that the place was perfect.

We were blown away with our stay here. Our family was excited before coming because of the photos online. When we arrived at the house (Hale Lani Kai) looked even better. The view is breathtaking. Everything was sparkling clean and very well equipped, thought out. We even had fun playing ping pong in the game room. Our trip was an experience we will cherish forever!

We stayed at Hale Lani Kai for a week in April 2019. It is a beautiful house and as close as you can get to the best swimming beach in Kauai. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids, age 4 and 8. When you want to go to the beach, just walk across the road with very slow, almost no traffic. We swam with sea turtles and monk seals! The water in the kid\'s portion of the beach has a sandy bottom and is only a couple of feet deep. Adults can swim in deeper water. A drive to restaurants and shops takes about 5 minutes. Why stay in a rabbit-warren resort where you have to rent snorkeling gear and boogie boards whereas Hale Lani Kai has all that, plus lots of privacy in the house. The large bathrooms are almost as nice as at the Bellagio Las Vegas! There is ample parking, but there are stairs to climb between floors. The property manager was very communicative. We would definitely come back.

Incredible location, nice house. Clean and well stocked for the beach. If you book it, don\'t bring any snorkel gear or beach toys really, frisbee, football, volleyball, water shoes, wake boards, buckets, shovels, towels, mats, cooler, sunscreen--basically everything you need for the beach is there waiting for you...bring your own clothing and a pair of sunglasses and you\'re good. No A/C but if you open it up at night and close it up in the morning it stays comfortable. There are fans in all the rooms to help drown out the rooster population that makes noise at all hours.

You can\'t do any better than renting a home just steps away from Poipu Beach. We felt so fortunate to have found this home and that it was available for our dates. When we arrived it was clean and moderately well appointed. Communication with the owner was prompt and met our needs. Would stay there again if we return to Kuaui.

We were 4 adults - 1 couple, 2 singles. The 3 bedroom set up, each with its own bath was perfect for us. Home was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and kitchen well equipped. We spent many hours on the lanai and walked across the street for amazing sunsets. Ping pong table and foos ball on a game room were a bonus. Highly recommend this place.

This home is very comfortable for big families or multiple couples. The bedrooms are very private with 2 bedrooms upstairs on opposite sides of the home. The third bedroom with a queen and double bed (very roomy) downstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. My grandkids loved the playroom with ping pong and foosball table. Brennecke\'s restaurant is practically next door and the beach is across the street. The owner, Kelly is quick to handle anything that might come up. We had a most enjoyable stay, really enjoying the lanai watching the ocean. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation.

We had a great week at this beach house. It is a wonderful location. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed mornings on the huge lanai which had both open and covered seating. Our bedrooms were comfortable with two masters on the main floor and large bedroom in the basement.

You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s very close to beach & you can see the ocean! It was well equipped, too. It’s in dire need of a fresh coat of paint, some new carpet, fresh linens. There were lots of little things that were broken down. Under cabinet lights didn’t work, fridge is beat up. For the price, I expected higher quality towels & sheets. But honestly, hard to be too disappointed when you can walk across the street to a beautiful beach.

The pictures did not do this home justice. We\'d planned on eating out quite a bit but the kitchen was so nice and Lanai so inviting we spent all but one night gathered on the Lanai for dinner. Just a two minute stroll across the street to some of the best Beaches on Kauai and we appreciated so much that the house had body boards and beach chairs to use. Stepped right next door to rent our snorkle gear and after a long day of playing in the surf we could pop next door to Brennekes for a happy hour Mai Tai. The house was truly stocked with everything we could need and Kelly was great at responding to any questions that we had prior to our arrival.

The property is spacious and comfortable, with a very pleasant patio and great beach access. Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Our family of 6 loved this property, could not have asked for anything better. Grilled Ahi and ribeyes on the deck, played ping pong every day and the beaches were amazing! You have to visit this property.

Elegantly appointed, high quality finishes, quiet yet beautiful deck where many happy memories were made. Kelly Lynn immediately responded to the very minor issues we had and found solid solutions within minutes. I highly recommend this home.

We have been renting through VRBO for decades and I will honestly say this home was the best one yet. It was so comfortable, so well laid out, well appointed and beautiful. The owners have clearly made their home a place of comfort for their guests. We actually preferred eating ‘in’ because the view from the deck made cooking enjoyable. The home is perfect for 3 couples or two families with kids. Every ensuite bathroom was pretty sweet too. And did I mention it’s perfect location? There was even a closet full of great books...but we were all over the island so nobody really read anything but they were available in the event of a rainout, Someone mentioned the roosters....indeed, but they are everywhere on Kauai and they grow on you. We all want to stay in this home again and are already planning our next trip back. Thanks for everything Kelly Lynn. We LOVED your home,

We were very impressed with the house and how well it was set up. Everything we needed was there, and it was very comfortable. It was someplace we would go back to in a heartbeat!

Close to beach!

Had everything you needed. Close to beach. Lots of room. The host, Kelly-Lyn was easy to contact and when the dishwasher was not working well she immediately tried to replace it. She actually reimbursed me for the inconvenience. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful experience on our vacation at Poipu Beach, Kauai. The home was wonderful and such a great location! It was so convenient to have all beach necessities too. Everything was perfect!

We had a great week here. The beaches were so close and the sunsets from the deck, beautiful. The home was perfect for 6 with everything we needed and more. The only issue was the roosters, which we had read about but discounted. They do indeed start crowing at around 4am are constant until mid morning. We dealt with it by wearing ear plugs, closing the bedroom windows and putting on the ceiling fans. That worked. Otherwise we were so pleased!

The property is across the street from the park on the beach. It is clean, convenient and was well appointed. It was great for my wife and I and our three grown children. It is about 30 minutes to the airport.

Hale Lani Kai is a great beach house! Its location across from Poipu Beach park was ideal. It was spacious enough for our family of 6. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and eating or playing games with a beautiful view of the ocean. We appreciated the beach equipment, ping pong table and laundry. Communication with Kelly was easy and she was very accommodating! Thanks for a great week!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was nice if a little noisy (particularly with the roosters which were very annoying, particularly early in the morning - bad enough to make it difficult to sleep). The place was clean and well maintained.

We spent 10 days with 6 adults & 4 small children. The rental was great. A perfect spot for scuba diving & swimming- at your doorstep. We drove to other beaches, but did not find one nicer than this. Makes you feel like part of the rich & famous, as the home directly in front is for sale at $7.5 million. We drove to the end of the road on both the north & south side.-well worth the time. My favorite spot was the replica of the Grand Canyon on the south side. A fantastic view. I highly recommend this rental. Ron-Seattle

We all really enjoyed our stay in Kauai here at the Hale Lani Kai. The home was very clean and updated. After traveling around the entire island, we came to realize that the best snorkeling beach was right across the street! Lots of sea turtles that beach daily, a protected area for small children, more variety of colorful fish than a paid trip, and sunshine all the time make the Poipu beach a great location. The lenai was huge and a nightly barbecue became our ritual. We loved the parking space and exterior space for rinsing off and cleaning up the swimming and snorkeling gear. My family and I highly recommend staying here with your family for an unforgettable time!

Home easily accommodates six guests. Great kitchen and living areas. Very nice bedrooms with private baths. Game room and lots of beach toys. Really had a wonderful time. Wild chickens and roosters on the island wake up early, so best to start your day with the sun. Snorkeling at beach park is great and calm kids pool is super for young children. All three generations had a blast!

Wonderful house. Steps from a great beach. Awesome lanai for meals outside. Get used to Kauai roosters waking you up but that is ubiquitous on this island. Chickens in paradise LOL!

This a beautiful home and great house for a family! The house is very nicely decorated and it is located less than a 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach. Kelly was great to work with and I would definitely recommend this house if you are interested in staying in Poipu Beach.

We were two couples and one single adult renting this fabulous beach house. It was fantastic having three equally nice bedrooms with beautiful private bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Loved the huge lanai with comfy patio furniture and a nice gas BBQ grill. The house is literally a 1 minute walk across from the popular beach/park where swimming/snorkelling, etc is available. We spotted dolphins and whales from the beach and saw monk seals and turtles on the beach almost every day. Enjoyed the ping-pong and foozball tables in the games room. It was very nice having beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc to use at the beach. Also really appreciated having a nice washer and dryer at the house and an outdoor shower for getting the sand off. The house was immaculate and exactly as the pictures depicted, if not better! Really nice to have a huge parking area for our rental vehicle right in front of the house. We drove around the island and did a lot of exploring, but you could just stay at the house/beach and have a wonderful vacation. You do need to drive to get groceries as the larger grocery stores are several miles away. Kelly was great to work with and the entire process was very easy. This was a fantastic family vacation for us and we would definitely recommend Hale Lani Kai to family and friends. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was our first time renting a house, and we couldn\'t have been more pleased!! The house was lovely - even nicer than the pictures show, and was spotless. We cooked every day, and the spacious kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms (wow!) were very comfortable for all of us. The lanai was very large and perfect for relaxing, eating, and watching for whales - with more than enough room for everyone. The beach was amazing, and we loved the turtles and seals that visit daily. This house met all our expectations, and then some, and we hope to stay there on our next trip to Kauai. The owner was extremely easy to work with.

We had a group of 6 adults stay over the July 4th weekend. The house was immaculate and just as described in the add. Actually it was more beautiful than any of the pictures give it credit. I cannot say how easy it was to work with Kelly thru the entire process. It was \"steps\" to the beach! Every thing you need besides food is there for you! Brennecke\'s beach bar and grill was right next door and very nice. We have already decided this is where we will be going on our next family trip in 2017! Words cannot describe this property, you have to see it for yourself - if your planning a trip to Kauai, this is the place to stay! Thank you Kelly!

Hale Lani Kai truly IS as wonderful as all of the previous reviews state. It was perfect for our group of six (5 adults + 1 toddler). I stayed in the upstairs bedroom with the slider. Coming from the foggy San Francisco Bay Area, I welcomed leaving the slider and windows open at night for the balmy cross-breeze. Several islanders told us that July and August are their “bad weather” months due to the heat and humidity. Although the house does not have A/C, there are ceiling fans everywhere and several box fans, which got a good workout during our stay (their white noise also helped drown out the roosters’ crowing). The lanai always had a refreshing breeze and we spent a lot of time out there dining, playing games, relaxing and enjoying the view. Hale Lani Kai’s kitchen is spacious and the pictures don’t do it justice. The open floor plan and island are great for preparing meals, even with several cooks at once. We shopped at Costco as soon as we arrived and the extra-large refrigerator held everything. The powerful blender was great for making frosty beverages and the counter-top docking station/radio was in constant use. The wireless internet was much appreciated for booking The Smith Family Luau (the best!) and researching other things to do, like kayaking the Hanalei River. On July 4th we attended the Concert in the Sky, which Kelly had recommended. What a great family event benefitting Kauai Hospice! Hale Lani Kai’s selection of beach gear is extensive and the close proximity to multiple great beaches and a playground is awesome. We always cut through the vacant lot between the house and the surf shop. The outdoor shower and bench is very convenient when returning home with sandy bodies and salty gear. All of the bathrooms are elegant and spacious. The furnishings are upscale and the home and landscaping are well-maintained. Kelly was easy to work with and helpful.

Our entire group enjoyed our stay at Hale Lane Kai very much! We unanimously didn’t want to leave, would love to stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend it!

This lovely home was so perfect for us, even better than expected. From the finishes to the decor, you know immediately that this home is well loved and well cared for. With 3 adults and 3 teenagers in our group, we all appreciated the privacy when we needed it (private bath in each room) and thoroughly enjoyed all of the shared spaces as well. Spent much time lounging on the patio and taking in the view. The location also feels very private, tucked away yet just steps from the beach. The park really quiets down after sunset & this whole beach area feels very safe and friendly...we will definitely be back! Thank you Kelly, you really are terrific to work with. We highly recommend this home to anyone!

We had 2 couples and 1 adult daughter and everyone had plenty of room...Every morning, we sat on the balcony, drinking coffee and watching the waves...The beach was steps away...We would definitely recommend Hale Lani Kai for a vacation home in Kauai

We stayed here with two other couples, the house was exactly as promised..maybe even better. Lots of room for six adults without ever feeling cramped. The bedrooms are big and each had a full bathroom. The house is fully stocked with great appliances, lots of dishes and glasses and cookware. The location is amazing, a step away from beautiful beaches and parks easy walking to shopping centres and a great home base to tour the rest of the island. Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards to play with. Kelly was great to work with right from the first email until we sadly had to go home. Would recommend this house to anyone! Hopefully we can come back again!

This house suited 3 couples perfectly. Great location, home is clean, well stocked, well maintained. Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was lovely to deal with, very accommodating. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation spot.

We stayed for a week with our 2 grown children, their spouses and our 2 small grandsons. The house was perfect! Lots of great amenities - although we really just enjoyed the beach (which is right across the street!) Everything is exactly as pictured or better. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own spacious bath. Plenty of room to be together or have a little privacy when you need it. The kitchen is well-stocked. Great bbq on the deck, all the beach toys & towels. Everything you need for a great beach vacation. Perfect for families or 3 adult couples. Kelly is great to work with and super responsive. I would highly recommend this house!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed your property. The pictures you see of the house are exactly what you can expect when you arrive. The place is beautiful. Location is perfect. The kitchen was spacious and all the appliances were top notch. Nice big screen TV w/ surround sound. We liked the deck for barbecuing and sunbathing. You are supplied with everything you would need for the beach. We all did the seven day cruise through the Islands in January 2014. One stop was Kauai and on a cruise you don\'t get to see much. I was born on Kauai so I wanted my relatives to see more of it. We decided to come back and enjoy Kauai and the house made it all that more Terrific!! Thank you Kelly. It was great working with you.

WOW what can I say this was most likely the best travel desission I have ever made. My wife and I were looking for a special place to celebrate our 45 wedding annaversary with a few close family members. We totaled six adults (3 couples) one with a three year old and a five month old. Hale Lani Kai was absolutly perfect in every sence location, location, and location. The house \"Hale Lani Kai\" far exceeded our expectations for spacous rooms, amenities, and conviance a true turn key experience. The only problem was the stairs as they were a chalange for my wife with a recent knee replacement as most or our activities were on the upper level. The best part in my opinion was the showers, as a lifelong resident of California what a pleasure to shower with a head that actually delivers water what a treat. Everyone enjoyed the sensation of being in a home away from home and all were sad to leave such a pleasant experance. Dealing with Kelly Lynn was also a very pleasant experance and I would not think twice doing it again and hope to soon. Mike

Our stay at Hale Lani Kai was wonderful. It worked perfect for 3 couples. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot on Kauai. The home was within walking distance to a great beach and restaurant.

A well appointed and equipped home in a great location! People could come and go to some great beaches as they wanted - no having to get everyone ready to go in a car. Everyone enjoyed the game room.

The home was fabulous! We felt there was plenty of space for all of us, the bathrooms were very large, and beds were comfy. We enjoyed the use of the boogie boards and beach mats. The kitchen was great to cook in. Most of all the location is fabulous. Literally a quick hop, skip and jump to either beach. We LOVED that! So convienent. Would recommend to anyone! Kelly was very patient with my numerous questions as well.

Absolutely stunning Condo. My wife and I took our 7 year old son, 5 year old daughter and my mom. We didn\'t have one complaint about this fantastic place. The location, the view, the rooms, the kitchen......EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! Thank you Kelly for a wonderful Kauai experience. If you get a chance to go folks, make this place part of your Kauai experience.

Great beach home! This home is right across the street from 3 of the best beaches in Kauai and a lovely park. There is a beach with big waves, one perfect for little kids and another with great snorkeling all within a 2 minute walk. Grocery shopping, snorkel rental, etc. is a short drive away in Old Koloa town (easy to get to, ~10 min drive). Kitchen was great, with a grill on the deck (and the deck! facing the ocean a great way to start the day and end it). Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were luxurious (at least by my standards-- large with nice fixtures). Laundry machines were clean and easy to access. Home was immaculate. No complaints and a perfect beach holiday spot.

We had a fantastic trip to Kauai and central to that was Hale Lani Kai. We spent 10 days at the house and it is beautiful, clean, spacious, just perfect. The location is fantastic. My kids could walk the 50 yards to Brenneckes to go boogie boarding whenever they wanted, about 150yds the other way is Poipu beach. If you are going all the way to Kauai, make sure you\'re in a great location - this is it!! On top of the house being fantastic, Kelly (the owner) went absolutely above and beyond to take care of an issue when the refrigerator died right before Easter weekend. I couldn\'t believe how promptly she coordinated service and arranged contingency plans so that we wouldn\'t lose any food and wouldn\'t lose any vacation time. Thanks so much, we will be back!!!

Our family of 5 spent spring break in this house and enjoyed every bit of it. Location: Excellent. Quick walk to a variety of beaches and Poipu Beach Park. Lanai has good ocean views. We rented a car thinking we would take a few trips to explore the island, but after one short trip to Waimea Canyon, we decided a quiet beach vacation was what we were all after, and couldn\'t imagine a better place than this house in Poipu. The beaches and water were not crowded, and were clean. A few sea turtles swam around us when we were boogie boarding. House: We have used VRBO frequently in the past, and while we have been happy with the results, this house was a very pleasant surprise. While we have found most rental home descriptions need to be taken with a grain of salt, this house exceeded our expectations in all regards. The layout is very well designed, with quiet places for multiple people. The multiple TVs with hundred of channels, the wi-fi and the game room provided inside entertainment options. The large lanai was where we ate every meal, since enough of it is covered to stay out during the brief rains. The kitchen was well stocked. We chose to eat in most of the time - there is a Costco with mainland-like prices near the airport - in part because the kitchen and grill on the deck made it so easy. (Another reason - Poipu is kind of the \"anti-Waikiki\" - no shopping, a couple small convenience stores, a few expensive restaurants - a great place to relax, but you\'d have to plan on driving a bunch if you want to eat at restaurants most of the time.) There were lots of useful beach toys and stuff - towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and the outside shower was nice, too. Kelly was very responsive to our requests - a no-hassle rental. We would absolutely stay here again, and will tell our friends about it, too.

We spent a total of 9 days at Hale Lani Kai and other than the unexpected tsunami evacuation the trip was perfect. The house is directly across the street from Poipu beach park, so it was easy to just walk over for a day on the beach. The snorkeling was excellent and the surf shop right next door rents equipment so that is very convient. The house was fully equipped with everything you could ever need during your stay. It was so nice to cook dinner and sit out on the very large lanai listening to the ocean. Kelly was more than helpful in answering my questions before the trip and even called me the morning after the\" tsunami scare\" to check on us. The next time we come to visit Poipu we will be staying here again! Thank you!

We enjoyed just over a week at Hale Lani Kai. There were only 4 of us there to celebrate a couple of birthdays, so there was plenty of room to spare. The house was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Nice kitchen facilities for cooking in, including a gas grill on the second floor, ocean-view lanai (heard and saw whales slapping their flippers one day). Excellent boogie boarding across the street and snorkeling a short walk the other direction. Foosball and ping-pong in the rec-room provided relaxed family fun in the early evening. Neighbors are close so a bit of noise, but not bad and typical for the closely sited houses in Poipu. Brenneke\'s is just a short walk away; have a mai-tai or two and just walk home (the food seems to have gone downhill a little? Kalapaki Joe\'s was better this time). It\'s the kind of place we would like to own on Kauai someday, and until that happens, we will plan to stay at Hale Lani Kai next time we vacation there. By the way, our dinner at Oasis in Kapa\'a was the best meal we\'ve ever had in Hawaii. A bit of a drive but worth it.

We couldn\'t have been more pleased with Hale Lani Kai! It was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed. We loved the location, so close to the beach that we could walk our littlest family members over to play several times each day. Everything about this house is perfect for family gatherings, and so much nicer than separate hotel rooms or condos. Each couple had their own spacious bedroom and bath, and the great room and patio were perfect for enjoying time together. The owners were prompt in responding to our inquiries, and obviously take great care of the property. We\'d definitely recommend this home to others!

We had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving week at your large, beautiful home across from Poipu Beach & Park! Your property was very clean and well-maintained, and was everything the descriptions and photos showed - and more! There was plenty of room for our party of 5, and we look forward to returning next time with more friends and family! This place is perfect for several families, or families with children/teens. The game room, beach supplies and outside shower are great amenities! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with beautiful upgrades and decor. The great room and kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our traditional Thanksgiving meal and festivities! The BBQ and patio offered great views of the water, beach and park. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning again! As owners, you were prompt, honest and provided us with great customer service. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had a super stay! Everything we could ever need was right at our fingertips! It was so nice to just walk across the street and play at the beach or walk down the road for amazing food! Definately would recommend this home to anyone who is visiting Poipu. The one thing that we will not miss is the chickens, although they were very fun to watch after the sun was up. Can\'t wait until we can bring our kids back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation home!

we loved our stay at Hale Lani Kai. it was a perfect location for the beach, snorkeling and dining without getting in the car. Everything was provided from linens to dishes to beach toys. Costco, shopping and Starbucks are only 3-10 minutes away. We even missed the roosters after we left. A great place for a family to vacation. We\'ll be back!!

Our family enjoyed this house very much. We\'ve stayed at other vrbo homes in Poipu and this one has one of the best location and a great layout. My teenager and my pre-teen boys spent several hrs in the evening playing table tennis or foosball or just hanging out on the screened in porch. Their 6 year old sister even got to play with them. They all agreed that this is the BEST house. The surf shop, beach and restaurant are all w/in a block of the property and that makes it very attractive for the days when you don\'t want to explore other areas of the island. I would definitely visit this house again and recommend it to friends and family.
