I rented an apartment at Waikomo Streams Villas back in 1990 from Nancy Grantham, is she still around and What would the rate be for a 2 bedroom unit. We also rented a 2 bedroom at Nihikai (?) Villas, down the road from Poipu Beach, there was a Mexican restaurant behind it, and I would be interested in those rates too…

Aloha Luke, Mahalo for your note. Nancy sold her company to me in 2006 and then enjoyed ten years of retirement with her family before she left us to began a new journey. I was lucky to see her often and talk story…to this day she makes me smile. She was a terrific woman. You can read more about here in the life’s journey in her Garden Island Obituary.
I got to know Nancy because of Nihi Kai Villas where I purchased a unit and now coincidently, my company headquarters are now located in that very Mexican restaurant building you mention. Ahh, the circle of life.
