Rest assured that when you book with us, you are getting the property you want at the best price available as we will match the rate of any “like” Kauai vacation rental.
For purposes of this Guarantee, The Parrish Collection Kauai will consider factors such as same resort, view, interior, amenities, date availability, among other factors, in determining that the other property is a “like” property. Rates must be for same period and available for booking. If you find a lower rate within 30 days of your booking with us, call us at 800-325-5701 and we’ll credit 100% of the difference to your stay. Assurance that you know you are getting the best deal!
Some exclusions and restrictions apply:
1. Guarantee is available on most properties, but not all properties.
2. Guarantee is not available for bookings on web sites where the details are not known until after purchase.
3. Detail of comparable rates must be forwarded to The Parrish Collection Reservations via email or fax.
4. Guarantee is not available to Travel Agents.
5. Guarantee applies only to prices advertised and available to the public on English-language websites. Guarantee does not include rates offered via membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates, group, charter, reward programs, incentive, meeting, convention, or wholesale rates, rates obtained via auction, or rates available only by using promotions not offered to the public.
6. Comparable rate must be quoted, available to book, and require payment in US dollars.
7. All requests for match are subject to verification by The Parrish Collection Kauai. Screenshots or other evidence of a lower rate that cannot be confirmed by The Parrish Collection Kauai will not be accepted.
8. The Parrish Collection Kauai will reject any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of an error, or made fraudulently, or made in bad faith.
9. The Parrish Collection Kauai reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Parrish Kauai Best Rate Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability. The policies and terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Guarantee.
10. The failure by The Parrish Collection Kauai to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Our family was interested in unit 821 four bedroom option for 7-10 days in June 2017. When requesting a quote, I attempted to use the advertised 30% off code FLASH but “expired or invalid code” was typed in red. Please advise. Nancy

You can book Regency at Poipu Kai #821 at the 2016 rates now for the summer of 2017 which is $375.00 per night + taxes/fees.

These great studio suites were recently remodeled and are equipped with kitchenette, AC, shared washer and dryer facility and just are approx. 100 yards from the swimming pool. The total amount for your stay would be $1465.62, all inclusive…a truly great special for popular Poipu beach area.
Shipwrecks Beach is just a 5 min walk and Brennecke and Poipu Beach are just a 10 min. walk along the Poipu Kai green belt.
