The Parrish Collection Kauai, known for Kauai luxury vacation rentals, celebrates its anniversary with a “HI Five,” 50 percent off promotion at Waikomo Stream Villas. The one and two bedroom Poipu condos, regularly priced between $115 and $270, are offered at $58 to $135 nightly, from now through June 30, 2012.
Each villa at Waikomo Stream is beautifully furnished and meets the high standards of The Parrish Collection Kauai. Guests enjoy spacious villas ranging in size from 1,050 to 1,500 square feet with full kitchen, great room and covered lanai.Villas accommodate up to six guests and have either an ocean or garden view. Our exclusive Parrish Ocean bath amenities by La Bottega are included in each unit.

I would like to stay at Waikomo Stream Villas for two or three months beginning approximately January 1, 2014, in a one bedroom unit. Is that possible, and what would be the rate? I walked around the grounds with former owners, the Parsils, and found it just lovely. I have stayed on Kauai for two to three months every winter since 1997 and love the Island. Could you tell me which available units are closest to the actual Waikomo stream?
I would be using the Hi5 promotion. Is it true that these condos are amidst tropical gardens but there are no ocean views?

The units in buildings 4 and 5 are the closet to the stream. If you view the Waikomo Stream Resort photos on our site, you will see the lush landscaping and tropical gardens. The HI-5 Promotion is is available, so give us a call and we will find the perfect unit for you.
