Nihilani at Princeville #28B is a three-bedroom rental with a two-level floor plan of approximately 2,000 square feet. All three bedrooms are found on the upper level. The master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed, television, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private lanai.
The second and third bedroom suites share a full bathroom with a tub-shower combination. However, each of the second and third bedrooms includes a private vanity. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the other has a queen.
On the lower level, guests will find an open concept with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a delectable meal, including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also offers access to the two-car garage. We only have a few units with their own garage, so this is an excellent and unique feature.
In the living room, comfortable seating and a flatscreen television make for the perfect spot to unwind. The living room also provides access to another private lanai, which offers garden views. Like the living room, the lanai is another favorite location for guests to relax; many start and end their days on Kauai by enjoying the fresh air and picturesque views.
