Beautiful condo with the pool and hot tub right out front. Two outdoor showers were amazing! Loved the walk to the beach. Go see the turtles at sunset and at sunrise! Very nice area in Poipu Beach! Highly recommended!
Great Location and Fantastic Property
Everything was exactly as described. Communication was awesome and timely -- The property managers contacted me a few days prior to arrival to prioritize room preparations according to island arrivals. Our room was ready early / when we got there. They checked in to ensure everything was as expected and were available for any questions. The villa and amenities are top notch, and it was decorated beautifully. The pool / hot tub is literally right out the back door, just steps from the covered lanai (which is equally awesome). We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful place
We loved the place and really enjoyed our stay. A few things that you might want to consider: coffee grinder, kettle and sharper knives. We would definitely come back with family to this property.

Awesome place
From the photos we were expecting a very nice place but we were blown away upon seeing the place on arrival. Spacious, all the amenities you would need, easy parking, short walk to beach, great location. A perfect place to start and end your day out. This is the best unit in The Villas. Great view of the pool from the lanai and unwinding in the hot tub was a perfect end to every evening. Highly recommended.
So much aloha!
We spent one week in this gem of a villa in February! This unit is very clean, spacious, wonderfully appointed, and in a great location. Virtually every amenity we could want was included…beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, a full kitchen with utensils and supplies, throw blankets, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, etc. The area is quiet and we slept great, both with the bedding supplied and with quiet neighbors. We spent our days walking less than 10 minutes to the closest beach, strolling a bit farther on the well-maintained pathways to other beaches, stopping back by the pool, which was a stones throw from the back door and enjoying evenings in the hot tub or playing cards on the lanai. Mahalo for providing such a wonderful place for our week in paradise!
Amazing place. Walking distance. Spacious and beautiful condo. Totally stocked with beach toys. Loved the indoor+/outdoor showers!
This place was great, beautiful and very spacious. Right next to the pool and hot tub and about a 10/15 minute easy walk to the main beach in Poipu. Very well stocked with beach stuff (including the all important schlep wagon with kids!). We had someone in a wheelchair and it was great and easy for him to move about the space as well.
This condo was the best in the neighborhood. Right next to the pool. Easy access. Ground floor access for the front door and patio side. Two master suites, each with outside showers and access so you don't need to walk wet through the unit. Patio doors open to the full width of the room. Easy access to the beach to watch the turtles and swim with the fish. Body surfing and amazing sunsets and sunrises. Bluetooth speakers & TV with all the channels/services. Parish was very responsive and friendly, but their standard response was always telling us where we could buy things instead of providing them (like a coffee grinder). We had 7 in a 'sleeps 8' unit and asked for a cot or mattress, they told us where to rent one. When I explained that with the number of the Parish rentals it would seem like they would have one on hand. They agreed to provide an air mattress and bedding for our 7 year old, which was nice, but they never delivered. I don't think any of this was passed to the owner.
This vacation rental was excellent. Great accommodations, location and amenities.
The place was better than we expected.
