This home, Nanea, is spectacular. The house itself but especially the view of the ocean and sleeping to the sound of the waves. Very healing and relaxing. Our entire family with a one-year old granddaughter was under one roof. Their recommendations for restaurants and chefs were terrific! The only downside was the chicken and bird boop all over the patio and grass area.

Glad there was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable throughout their stay. Apologies for the bird mess on the lawn and lanai. We do clean up before your arrival, however, like most of Kauai the chickens have free reign. We hope it did not derail your stay too much. We cannot wait to host your ohana again soon.

Parrish was a Godsend to us, when our house rental (through Remax) was suddenly cancelled due to an issue with the property. Parrish had a lovely home available for our dates and our experience with them was top notch! Having rented through VRBO in the past and then having had the terrible experience with Remax, Parrish proved itself to be above and beyond in terms of customer service and efficiency. Any need we had was promptly and courteously met and the property itself was superb. Top marks across the board!

Stunning House with Incredible Views

Beautifully designed and spacious oceanfront home; immaculate but very comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows in every room give you extraordinary views of the ocean and changing light. Minutes away from everything you need, beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc yet the house feels incredibly secluded and private. A very special and serene place. Thanks to Robin at Parrish to making arrangements so easy.

For the house we had, Nanea, the website pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a wonderful property. It is a very professional company with very high standards. I feel confident that properties will be well maintained, clean and comfortable. Jaime was very welcoming on our arrival. Pocket door in western master bath (the big, real master bath) got stuck twice in the closed or almost closed position. We stopped using it. One of the handles on the gate outside the same bath had fallen off.

Beautiful location and perfect space for family

What a perfect space for family to gather. We loved cooking together in the well appointed kitchen and outdoor grill. It was the perfect combination of privacy for everyone with their own bedroom and bath and large enough common areas for us to play games together at nite. The little baby beach at one end of the property was perfect for our 16 month granddaughter and we saw sea turtles every morning as they foraged for whatever they were eating and it was fabulous to be able to walk down to another nearby beach with great snorkeling. Wonderful shopping nearby as well and easy access to get to all the adventures we enjoyed on the island while we were there.

We had 4 couples for 1 week. Perfect size with lots of personal space. Cooked most meals at the house. The electronics are top notch with electronic window coverings, motion sensored lights, etc… No jaccuzzi????� but we loved the place.It is just spectacular.

Spectacular oceanfront home

We stayed at this beautiful home for eight nights at the end of June. From the turtles in front of the house feeding, to the constant calming noise of the ocean and its peaceful serenity, this home away from home brought the most joy to our family that we have had in Hawaii in many years. The home is equipped with state of the art everything and with local stores a short walking distance away, you’ll never need to leave Poipu. Double fridges, double dishwashers, double washer & dryers – every detail was thoroughly thought through for the vacationer.

Perfection and Mahalo

Incredible home that was kept in the most pristine manner made for a Big Chill type reunion week for many of we friends from the ski business. It was perfect in every way and Parrish was as professional as I’ve ever seen from a management company. Incredible location ON the water with an interior design that allowed for privacy, conviviality, gathering and serenity all…In fact, the kitchen had SHARP knives which never happens in a rental property! Everything was well thought-out, well provisioned and the recommendations on beaches, hikes, dining and highlights of Kauai were spot on. Great trip. Great place. Great friends. Thank you.

Perfect in every way

Everything was perfect. The house was laid out wonderfully for my husband and me, our two kids and my in-laws. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, including a wonderful welcome basket. The garage was available for our two cars. The backyard was very private, and yet the house was close to many restaurants and shops. Every room had a spacious bathroom and a wonderful full view of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast on the back porch looking at the sea and witnessed beautiful sunsets at night. Two outdoor showers were a highlight for our sons after snorkeling just down the road. My compliments to the architect and the designer of this house. I loved so many details of this home!

Your website is great, better than anymother one I saw when searching four islands. Extra info was very helpful to trip planning once I booked. Service by staff great. Only real issue was 74 limit on MBR A/C. This is a deal killer for my wife. Otherwise we really loved the property. Suggestion for marketing your Premium Plus ocean front properties like Nanea where we stayed. A drone video that shows home in relation to setting could help sell it. My son took one and it was spectacular. I would share but unfortunately he lost the drone in ocean next flight. Other comments were sent in email to Robin, Christie and JP.
