Amid acres of tropical gardens, Waikomo Stream Villas features low density architecture, with sky tone tile roofs, plantation-style board and batten exteriors and a meandering stream running through the incredible garden setting. The one and two bedroom units are spacious, well equipped and have covered lanais. 		There is a lovely swimming pool and a 3' deep pool to enjoy with the kids amidst fragrant tropical flowers, a complimentary tennis court, a number of island-style barbecues and a wonderful meandering stream throughout the resort. The grounds are just beautiful. Waikomo Stream Villas is close to shopping, restaurants and the 18 hole Kiahuna Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones.
The Beaches		It's a 7 minute walk to the east along the ocean to the famous Sheraton Beach, known for its pristine turquoise water. A 5 minute walk to Baby Beach, with its sheltered lagoon. Less than a 5 minute drive to the south is Poipu and Brennecke's Beach where you can enjoy every water sport imaginable.
Interior		Lush garden views, private, tiled lanais, koa wood trim interiors, teak cabinetry, cable TV, VCR, CD player, and private phones make these units exceptional. The one bedroom units are 1100 sq. ft. and the 2 bedroom units 1500 sq. ft. There's a washer/dryer, extra linens, a hair dryer and beach towels in each condo. No maid service. There are tropical breezes, and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool; no A/C. The split-level 2 bedroom units have vaulted ceilings. The 2nd bedroom has a full bath and overlooks the living room and dining room downstairs. The Waikomo Stream Villas' units have Hospitality High Speed Service, a high speed cable connection to the internet for those traveling with a laptop computer equipped with an Ethernet port. This service is simply a connection to the internet where you can surf the web or access your email through your own Internet Service Provider. The Parrish Collection Kauai is not responsible for service provider connectivity, technical support or equipment failure.
Bedding		There is usually a King or Queen in the master bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedding varies with each condominium as they are all privately owned.
Ratings		We feel that Waikomo Stream Villas is one of the best kept secrets in Poipu. It's at this intimate resort in the middle of sunny Poipu that you'll find the most exceptional rental rates for large, beautifully furnished and well maintained condominiums.
