Amazing Rental!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and very comfortable. We ate at some great restaurants close by. We also enjoyed seeing the sea turtles sleeping on the beach, beautiful sunsets and a great dinner cruise along the Napali Coast.

Great stay in a great place!

The proximity to the beach and shopping were a welcomed bonus! The only thing that was unexpected was the sheerness of the bedroom window coverings. Having 3 full bathrooms was a really nice feature for our group. We will definitely look up this property again in the future!

Perfect home away from home in a slice of heaven
by Myra P.The location was perfect, close to everything but not so close you were in the thick of it. It felt very quiet. We had our three daughters and there was so much space to cook a few meals and prep picnic lunches for hikes and the beach. After a busy exhausting day in the sunshine it was nice to come home to a relaxing space. We loved Pili Mai 12K!

Excellent condo in Pili Mai. Parrish Kauai was very efficient in every aspect of booking, checking in, and checking out. The condo we rented was very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The Pili Mai complex is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and beaches. If we return to Kauai, we definitely would stay here.

We didn’t walk to the beach as it seemed a bit to far with all of our gear. Order breakfast ahead of time and pick up at Little Fish Coffee which is just around the corner. We will defiantly come back. The lovely lady in the Parish office was so friendly and accomdating to all our needs.

The curtains don't block any light, so I was up at Sunrise daily. Pack an eye cover to sleep with. We would still stay here again. Great location.

by Amy R.This location was perfect. We enjoyed the view. The amount of stars you can see is breathtaking with a 30 step walk to view from the golf course. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including shampoo, condition, soap, lotion, tp, dishwashing, etc. The community pool and hot tub was enjoyed after a day of hiking. A quick drive or walk to Poipu Beach to see the sunrise and sunset and snorkeling. The turtles resting on the beach in the morning was amazing. We took hikes to waterfalls, canyon, cave and Cliff.

Super cute, comfy, well accommodated condo. Don\'t be fooled by the photos- it is more spacious than they let on. We loved the roomate-friendly layout of the rooms (no shared walls). The lanai has a beautiful tropical feel and still a little bit of ocean view. Everything you need to make any meal you want, lots of fridge space, and a kitchen that allows multiple people to be in there at once. Small touches like beach/pool towels for each room, and designated \"dirt\" towels to use for sandy shoes or makeup were really nice. The pool was plenty big with a kids shallow area and hot tub, as well as shaded searing areas and grills. There were a couple small things dinged up, but they notified us (and we notified them), but nothing that impacted our comfort, safety, or cleanliness. For reference, we were travelling with three adult couples for almost a week. We never felt crowded or uncomfortable, and never couldn\'t find what we needed. Highly recommended rental unit (and complex). Additionally, based of customer service and communication, would highly recommend Parrish rentals. Kaua is amazing. Our rental helped make our trip that much more relaxing.

Great condo
by Alexis M.We had a great stay here. We stayed in this condo as a family of 4 (all adults). It was wonderful to have all the space so everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside, used the kitchen regularly, and visited the pool area. Although it didn’t bother us, the golf course is right behind the condo and was a source of noise (night - restaurant, early morning -mowing/maintenance).

Nice Base for Exploring Island
by Douglas J.This is a brand new condo located on a golf course about a mile from the Piopu beach. It does have a distant view of the ocean, but you would need to drive to get to the beach. This worked well for my family as we were looking to explore Kauai Island rather than just stay in one place for a resort type experience. The unit includes access to the Pili Mai swimming pool but we never used that, preferring instead to go to the beaches. There are several good restaurants just down the street within walking distance, but if you want to do your own cooking, they have the kitchen to do that in here.

An awesome place for a group to spend time in paradise! The stay is well air-conditioned for an extremely comfortable stay. Even though we arrived early, they were very accommodating in holding our luggage for us so that we had more room in our rental car. They even moved our luggage for us when the place was ready for us! This place also comes equipped with a garage and they provided a boogie board, chairs and an umbrella which definitely helped us enjoy our time on the beach. We had 3 couples in our party - and everyone loved it. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still conveniently close to great restaurants, resorts and beaches. We will definitely be checking out this place the next time we come back to visit Kauai.
