Excellent condo in Pili Mai. Parrish Kauai was very efficient in every aspect of booking, checking in, and checking out. The condo we rented was very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The Pili Mai complex is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and beaches. If we return to Kauai, we definitely would stay here.

Spectacular

The property was beautiful, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a cooler, boogie boards and an umbrella. We didn’t walk to the beach as it seemed a bit to far with all of our gear. Order breakfast ahead of time and pick up at Little Fish Coffee which is just around the corner. We will defiantly come back. The lovely lady in the Parish office was so friendly and accomdating to all our needs.

The curtains don't block any light, so I was up at Sunrise daily. Pack an eye cover to sleep with. We would still stay here again. Great location.

Amazing

This location was perfect. We enjoyed the view. The amount of stars you can see is breathtaking with a 30 step walk to view from the golf course. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including shampoo, condition, soap, lotion, tp, dishwashing, etc. The community pool and hot tub was enjoyed after a day of hiking. A quick drive or walk to Poipu Beach to see the sunrise and sunset and snorkeling. The turtles resting on the beach in the morning was amazing. We took hikes to waterfalls, canyon, cave and Cliff.

Super cute, comfy, well accommodated condo. Don\'t be fooled by the photos- it is more spacious than they let on. We loved the roomate-friendly layout of the rooms (no shared walls). The lanai has a beautiful tropical feel and still a little bit of ocean view. Everything you need to make any meal you want, lots of fridge space, and a kitchen that allows multiple people to be in there at once. Small touches like beach/pool towels for each room, and designated \"dirt\" towels to use for sandy shoes or makeup were really nice. The pool was plenty big with a kids shallow area and hot tub, as well as shaded searing areas and grills. There were a couple small things dinged up, but they notified us (and we notified them), but nothing that impacted our comfort, safety, or cleanliness. For reference, we were travelling with three adult couples for almost a week. We never felt crowded or uncomfortable, and never couldn\'t find what we needed. Highly recommended rental unit (and complex). Additionally, based of customer service and communication, would highly recommend Parrish rentals. Kaua is amazing. Our rental helped make our trip that much more relaxing.

Great condo

We had a great stay here. We stayed in this condo as a family of 4 (all adults). It was wonderful to have all the space so everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside, used the kitchen regularly, and visited the pool area. Although it didn’t bother us, the golf course is right behind the condo and was a source of noise (night - restaurant, early morning -mowing/maintenance).

Nice Base for Exploring Island

This is a brand new condo located on a golf course about a mile from the Piopu beach. It does have a distant view of the ocean, but you would need to drive to get to the beach. This worked well for my family as we were looking to explore Kauai Island rather than just stay in one place for a resort type experience. The unit includes access to the Pili Mai swimming pool but we never used that, preferring instead to go to the beaches. There are several good restaurants just down the street within walking distance, but if you want to do your own cooking, they have the kitchen to do that in here.

An awesome place for a group to spend time in paradise! The stay is well air-conditioned for an extremely comfortable stay. Even though we arrived early, they were very accommodating in holding our luggage for us so that we had more room in our rental car. They even moved our luggage for us when the place was ready for us! This place also comes equipped with a garage and they provided a boogie board, chairs and an umbrella which definitely helped us enjoy our time on the beach. We had 3 couples in our party - and everyone loved it. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still conveniently close to great restaurants, resorts and beaches. We will definitely be checking out this place the next time we come back to visit Kauai.

This is a wonderful home to stay in. It’s exactly as pictured, very clean, plenty of space for 6 to stay. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It’s a great location, right near the beach (5 minute drive). Parrish was very responsive to any messages I sent. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful Property

An app including all details was great, check in and out was easy, and this condo was very nice with all the amenities of home. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and beaches. The only thing that could improve is lighting and ceiling fans in each room. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything about it was perfect, could NOT have been better.

Loved the completeness of the facility. There was very little we had to purchase to make our stay complete. Your team is extremely efficient, friendly and complete. It was a pleasure dealing with check-in and check-out. The only facility suggestion I have is to open the gym earlier in the morning and ON TIME. It was supposed to open at 8AM and never opened before 8:15AM.

The house was very clean. All the amenities, especially in the kitchen, laundry and beach supplies, was very helpful. We drove to the property directly and went to the office near the pool looking for keys. I think in the check-in instructions if you highlight to come to the office it would have saved us an hour ???? One major thing I would suggest is to fix the water pressure in the showers.

Amazing but needs a few tweaks

This property is AMAZING. It is extremely helpful to have a washer/dryer, central A/C throughout, and a full working kitchen, especially if you are having an extended stay or traveling as a family. The location is great and conveniently located near several shopping areas. I take off one star because: 1. There is a garage with garage door opener (to leave in your car), but there was no mention anywhere of the numerical code to open the garage door from the outside when trying to get your car out. After arriving really late, it was not ideal to realize the next morning that we could not get the car out. That said, the Parrish staff were extremely helpful and were able to assist us over the phone. 2. There are no blackout curtains on any of the windows. If you are not an early riser and the crowing roosters don’t wake you up, the sun coming through every window definitely will. 3. The mattresses are extremely hard. After staying in hotels for the previous two weeks, it was a bit of a shock and difficult to sleep.

Parrish Kauai was a dream to stay with. They are very organized and they provide an app that answers most of the questions you might have during your stay. We stayed at the Pili Mi which is a bit inland next to a beautiful golf course. The unit way very nicely appointed with modern furnishings and all the creature comforts of home. The beds we’re comfortable, the family room and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need to cook gourmet food for your family. We’ll definitely stay with Parrish Kauai during our next visit to the island.

Beautiful apartments and grounds are very well maintained. Decorations are modern and nicely island themed. Beds are comfortable, bedroom and bathroom s are comfortablely sized. Great location very near Poipu beach and a golf course. The garage was nice to keep the grounds uncluttered with cars. They provide an app that answered all of the questions I had and some helpful information about the area. Check in and check out was very straightforward with the app. I would recommend Pili Mai to anyone visiting Kauai and will stay there during our next visit.

Great place for families

Property is brand new and very well appointed. We had a three bedroom so it was nice for everybody to have their own space. We ate in a couple of nights and were able to make our own breakfast each morning -- stopped at the Safeway in Lihue just after we landed to stock up. It was great to not have to eat out for every meal. The location, will not super close to the beach, was great for accessing lots of fun activities. Really enjoyed our stay!

A/C a life-saver

We booked this place last minute after our Air BnB canceled on us five days before our trip. This condo was fantastic—central A/C was crucial as the temps were over 100F and trade winds weren’t blowing. Walking distance to Poipu Beach, a short drive to Waimea, walking distance to a small but useful shopping complex, and a short drive to some quite good restaurants as well. Pool, hot tub, and gym also a bonus. Washer dryer in unit as well as every kitchen gadget you could need. It does have a condo feel to it—you are right next to a golf club—but that didn’t bother us. Will return next time we are in Poipu!

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect in every way for 5 adults and 1 teenager. Very roomy and each room had a bathroom!!! Every detail was thought of and it was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine when necessary! Location was perfect, very central to anything we wanted to do!
