AMAZING LOCATION. I mean, what’s not to love about sitting on your lanai watching rainbows, moonsets, & sunsets. It was also extremely walkable to a great bodyboarding section, chill bay with snorkeling & nightly turtle visits. Most in any 1 night was 26 that came on shore but priceless to snorkel with your kids within 1-2 feet of them. Also easy walk to Puka Dog & < 10 min drive to a ton of shops etc.
Condo was great & fully stocked with kitchen utensils etc. it would’ve been nice to have a pour over or French press instead of just drip for $50+ Kona coffees. Unit also had some leftover body boards & beach chairs. Full size. Washer & dryer was great after 4 weeks of travel.
Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location. Well-situated unit with a spectacular ocean view. We enjoyed eating on the lanai and were able to see dolphins and seals in the water from our lanai. I have no immediate plans to return to Kauai but will certainly stay with Parrish again when I do. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Wonderful view, location, and amenities. We stayed here with another couple, and it was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. We appreciated the gorgeous view, seating accommodations, and the ability to do laundry and cook in the kitchen. The grounds people were very polite and friendly, and the grounds themselves were beautiful and well-maintained. The mattresses could be updated, but we'd stay here again without hesitation.

Loved staying here! We had an issue come up where they let us know construction would be happening next door. We let them know that wouldn’t work for our family and they gave us two different condos to choose from that were available the same days. One was even nicer than the one we had paid for and they didn’t charge us extra. It was a wonderful experience! Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous views! We’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Great view from master bedroom and patio. Great location to walk to the beach.
Cons: Very dated. Needs upgraded flooring and/or carpet and new living room furniture.
Suggestions: Towels need upgrade. There were only 3 broken and rusty beach chairs for a possible 6 guests. Enough living room seating for 4 guests, but not for 5 or 6.
Never had any direct communication with hosts.

While this unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen, we will be sure to share your suggestion about the carpet with the owner. The living room has a large sectional sofa that could easily fit five or six guests. We also reached out several times via text message to see that everything was ok. We would have replaced the beach chairs if you had let us know they were not working. I see we also connected via text on your departure day as well. For your next visit, we suggest letting us help you find a premier or premier plus-rated unit, which will be more updated. We hope to host you again soon.

Great place, not so great carpet
by Anna W.Well located, very easy to walk to the beach, lovely balcony, plenty of kitchenware. We enjoyed the provided beach chairs. Two problems: the carpet is super old and kind of gross. You’re asked to take your shoes off, but there were bits of leaves and other stuff on the carpet when we walked in, as well as many questionable stains, which was not ideal with a baby. Other issue was towels. We were given about half the towels as we had people. Put in a service request, they said they’d bring more, more never arrived. Went to the office and they said it would be an additional $90 for more towels, and that we should wash them ourselves. Which we did, but would have preferred actually having the right about of towels instead of washing them between people twice during our stay. Kind of ridiculous for this price point.

While it has recently been professionally cleaned, it sounds like we may have missed a few spots when we prepared for your arrival. We are always happy to come by and touch up anything we might have missed. I've reached out to you directly to investigate what might have happened with the towels. You should have been supplied with enough beach and bath towels for the number of guests on your booking. I am still unsure why the towels were not delivered when you asked, but it seems like when you visited the office, there may have been a miscommunication about a towel exchange or linen change service rather than simply picking up the towels that you had requested earlier. We are sorry about this and understand that doing unnecessary laundry throughout your stay is less than ideal. We are sorry and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

this place was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was spacious, clean and everything was so comfortable. the view was AMAZING!!! It is located in a great spot too. you can see the ocean from the back balcony and the mountains from the front balcony. will definitely look to stay here again when we return!!!

This condo is amazing! Larger than it looks in the photos and unbeatable location. We saw whales from the balcony, walked to Brenneke’s and Poipu beach to see turtles and a monk seal. You can walk or drive to multiple restaurants. Very clean and the kitchen was easy to cook in and close to the grills. I would book this condo, or other properties by Parrish Kauai again!

Incredible location and very spacious interior (especially the bedrooms). We discovered upon arrival that the dryer was broken, but the host was very good about accommodating us to the extent possible by arranging laundry service. That was literally the only hiccup—and something other travelers would be unlikely to have to deal with. Great unit, great view, extremely short walk to beaches, and very close to other attractions.

by John M.We booked this condo for 8 days in October of 2022. We have stayed in rental condos for years across the mainland US, Europe, and even in Asia. I cannot recall one that was cleaner than this one. It was easily within the top 3 best furnished stays also. The location of Po’ipo cannot be beat. The property management company has a great communication process also. We would definitely stay here again.

The views of pool and ocean were fantastic and sunsets memorable. Check in and out procedures were easy and made arrival and departures painless. The complex is beautifully maintained and there was always someone at the office to answer questions. We would definitely work with Parrish Collection for vacation rentals!

We had a wonderful stay at your resort. The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 couples. The beds were very comfortable, which was nice. The view from the lanai and proximity to the beach were great! The staff was very nice too, from the gardeners, maintenance crew to the on site managers.

Easy check in. Unit is as pictured. Cooler and i e packs provided for outings. Full sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and hand soap… and they actually work! Full kitchen. Washing machine and soap provided. Walking distance to Brennecker and Poipu beaches. And more!

Wonderful condo with a fantastic ocean view & the sound of the surf to lull you to sleep. We wanted for nothing, & the place was exactly as described. Easy ten minute walk to Poipu State Park with good snorkeling, swimming, and giant turtles coming ashore at sunset to rest. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo. The grounds are beautiful & well maintained. You will not be disappointed. It’s a slice of paradise.

Nice quiet location - walk to beaches
by tracy h.Overall we liked this location. The property itself is a great location walking to beaches and across the street from the water. Condo needs a few additions of kitchen items which we will suggest. Back bedroom is large but toilet lacks privacy. Nice views of sunset.

This Airbnb is DEFINITELY worth the stay. Huge space, well stocked, and you cannot beat the location. While we were there, the light in the fridge went out and they had it fixed within hours. The host is very responsive. Checkin was easy (via lockbox) as was checkout. Go to Brennecke and Poipu beaches!

by Suzanne G.I planned our trip w/out input from my husband or 2 teens so they didn't know what to expect & my fingers were crossed. It was such a lovely condo and SO comfortable! It was the perfect way to decompress after the ordeal of the COVID test requirements and the long flight. My peeps were terrified that I was going to drop them into some loud, touristy situation but it was just completely serene and quiet. If you're looking for wild and frenetic, this is not the place for you. This condo was just the ticket and it really made all the rest of our crazy vacation completely doable because we had such a nice place to retreat to. Only bummer - the non-functioning hot tub. Sad-face emoji! We'll def be back!
