Wonderful, quiet location
This unit is lovely & perfectly located on the point between Poipu & Shipwreck Beach. The complex is quiet, there was plenty of parking during our January stay. Management was responsive (even on a weekend) to the one small problem we had with a toilet. The unit sits right on the point where you can relax, watch whales & turtles from the lanai & sleep to the sound of waves crashing. Only issues would be what others have stated: this complex is not for anyone with mobility issues. Also, if a/c is important to you, the a/c unit in the 2nd bedroom is rather noisy & inefficient. We turned off the a/c, kept blinds closed during the day (the sun does beat down on the lanai in the afternoon) & strategically opened doors & windows late afternoon & the unit cooled down after an hour or so. It's really not a big deal. Don't hesitate to stay here. In fact, I have already re-booked for next year!

Fabulous view
Beautiful well furnished condo with glorious ocean view from large lanai balcony. We watched beautiful sunsets and listened to crashing waves every day- no need to go to fancy restaurant for a sunset view. It couldnt be better view. Nice pool amd hot tub too. Walk to Hyatt and Poipu Beach park
We loved our stay- beautifully furnished unit, but the best part was glorious oceanfront view and sound of waves. Nice pool and hottub, too. 12 min Walk to Poipu Beach Park on one side, and same to Hyatt in the other direction
We had the most amazing time at this condo near Poipu beach. It was better than advertised and we enjoyed every minute. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The beds were extremely comfortable and you could see the ocean while sitting in bed! The incredible views of the ocean from the balcony cannot be beat. The waves are literally crashing right outside the balcony. We saw so many turtles that we started a contest every day of who could count the most turtles. We watched the sunset every evening from our balcony as well! Highly, highly recommend staying here!
Surf and turtles and a monk seal too
Lovely location … could hear the surf crashing on the rocks … close to Hyatt and Beaches there and Brennecke Beach ( where turtles come to rest on the beach ) Little Fish , Puka dogs all within a short walk … shopping too … quite a delight
The place is very nice with a gorgeous view! I thought the information said 4 beds in 2 bedrooms. but there is just a king bed in each bedroom plus a sohouse. the bedroom near the balcony is much warmer if you close the privacy screens. if they are left open, then the air conditioning is fine. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host followed up to make sure everything was good, which was really nice. This unit is not accessible for anyone with mobility issues, just to note. There are stairs to enter the house. But otherwise very nice!

This condo is absolutely stunning with an amazing ocean-front view. The Parrish Kauai team was proactive and very easy to communicate with. We hope to visit again. Mahalo!
