The location of this property is stunning and made everything about our stay special. The views are out-of-this world gorgeous. We came for the Sentry Golf Championship and were within walking distance of an entry gate. All rooms were spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked. Will be back again, for sure

Everything you see in the photos is exactly correct. The check-in process was seamless and on point. We had a questions on a detail and Patty quickly responded to that question. The owners clearly care about the stay of their guests and go the extra mile to make sure you know not only everything of importance to the unit itself, but Maui in general. You can stay here with 100% confidence in every aspect of your vacation.

Lives comfortably as it appears it would on website, pleasant, uncomplicated, relaxing. We've stayed as couples in smaller villas at Kapalua Bay Villas and recommend this villa for a larger group. "Sleeps 6" but suggest rollaway (blow up which worked great) if two adult children uninterested in sharing bed as was the case in our family. We love easy access to beach right in front of Villa. Sign up for massages at the Montage Spa. Amazing. Walking to the Montage Beach for snorkeling is easy and quite good. Walking up to the Ritz is equally easy to do. Best espresso and espresso drinks at The Coffee Shop in Napili Plaza. We've gone there year after year and love the women who run the store.

We enjoyed our stay, and the property was as adverstised. The ocean views and ideas of things to do in Maui were very helpful.

This is an incredible property and location. Everything is comfortable and spacious, clean and beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again. Love being away from resort “traffic”, right at the beach and a great hiking trail to cliffs and snorkeling.

Loved the property and that it was in a gated area with access to a semi-private beach. We really loved the beach here above all others and spent a lot of time on it. The views are fantastic - especially from the upstairs master. We'd absolutely stay here again. My only criticism is the additional exit in the downstairs bedroom. We were traveling with a toddler and had to give him the upstairs BR with the majestic ocean views because of the second exit in the downstairs BR that led directly to the parking lot. A higher, additional manual locking mechanism on this door could have mitigated the issue.

This condo was wonderful. It has the absolute best view in Kapalua. Its location can’t be beat. The coastal trail is right below and is easy access to the beach. The condo was well stocked with beach towels, as well as things needed in the kitchen. The owners were super responsive and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The upstairs toilet never worked but that was minimal and easy to deal with given there are 2 other bathrooms in the unit. It was very clean, well kept and the views were stunning. We’d definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The view and location are spectacular!

This place is what you hope Hawaii is like. Amazing views and all the amenities you can think of. Safe gated community and quiet except for the sounds of the memorization crashing ocean waves. I would absolutely stay here again! This was our first trip to Hawaii, and would have planned more in advance next time. Everything takes longer here so if you think a week or two would be plenty of notice, double it and you might be able to do what you want and eat at the restaurants you prefer.

This villa is perfect! It is as great as the pictures or maybe even better! You cannot be closer to the water or have a better view. Our stay was absolutely sublime. Would recommend without hesitation. Also would love to come back to this specific villa during the height of whale season because I imagine the whale-watching would be nothing less than epic from this villa! My only recommendations for the owners would be to please update the kitchen appliances (the microwave did not work and the stovetop was wildly unpredictable with the burners cooling and heating for no apparent reason). But even this was a very minor issue since we were able to work around these issues. I would also recommend that the cabinets get wiped down more frequently as they were a bit unclean beneath the handles (in the cleaners defense, it is hard to see because of the dark color of the cabinets but really should be wiped down after each stay regardless), but again, it didn't take away from our enjoyment in the property.

Beautiful property & mesmerizing view! The kitchen could be better equipped for such an expensive rate. The stove has no markings on the dials, making it very hard to know at what temperature you are cooking, especially if you are not used to electric stoves. I could not find any potholders, tongs or spatulas.

Such a beautiful home just steps away from the beach and rocks. Plenty of food options available close by and the snorkeling in Kapalua is amazing.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Patty and Rick’s Kapalua property! Everything was as advertised with the views even better. Everyday waking up to the sun and surf and being able to sleep with the sounds of waves was just awesome. The beach and hiking trails are right out back of the property along with pools to enjoy. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs were a welcome amenity available to use, and we sure made use of them. Patty was outstanding to work with, answering all questions and providing so much information before even being asked. I highly recommend booking this property when looking to stay in Maui, you can’t go wrong!

Our 3 generation family had a wonderful stay at this spacious oceanfront condo. The grandparents took the first floor master bedroom (so they wouldn\'t have to climb stairs) and the parents/13 year old shared the upper master suite (additional fee for extra person and cot). As shown in the pictures, this condo has truly mesmerizing oceanfront views of Oneloa beach and the surrounding area. This was our first time to the Kapalua area, but we have rented many times in Wailea previously. I think it would be challenging to find a truly oceanfront condo with a better location and view!

Having stayed at many high-end Hawaii VRBOs in the past, I do think that this condo falls a bit short of a 5 star luxury stay. For one, I do think that the decor has become a bit dated, particularly the artwork/photos. The outdoor balcony chairs could use an upgrade. The electric kitchen stove was extremely difficult to use, as almost all of the dial markings have rubbed off. The kitchen also could benefit from useful extras like saran wrap, tupperware, more mixing bowls. We also were surprised that the only beach equipment supplied were 4 beach chairs. This was the first time that we had to go rent beach umbrellas and boogie boards. We would have liked to use a small cooler to bring food/drinks to the beach, but that also was not provided.

Having said that, we were very appreciative of the mid-week linen change and replenishment of toiletries/paper towels. Loved having an extra shower in the downstairs bathroom.

Communication with the owner was excellent as well. All in all, I think that this is a great place in Kapalua. However, some minor changes/improvements could really make this a perfect place.

If you are looking for a breath taking view, this is your condo. The views were amazing from both levels. The beach is a short walk. You are next to the walking trail. Both Merriman\'s and the Gazebo are right around the corner. I highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at the Kapalua Villas over many years. This unit by far is the nicest of all. I can’t wait to return.

Being able to enjoy the postcard perfect sunrise and sunset from the villa put an exclamation mark on our week\'s getaway. Not only was the weather perfect, the location of the villa near the boardwalk was a subtle invitation to enjoy the seabreeze. The hosts provided excellent information and the villa amenities were accurately represented and appreciated. We would stay here again and would highly recommend others to do so.

Just the perfect spot to rest and relax and recover from a very stressful year. Recommend this property for families and couples.

We enjoyed the villa and surrounding property very much. The villa itself was a great location , spacious, very nice bathrooms. The furniture in the sitting area’s could use an update they weren’t very comfortable. Also the washer/dryer were useful to have but very old and takes 2-3 cycles to dry the clothes. Overall GREAT STAY!!

This villa has a prime location on the Kapalua Coastal trail. Not only are the views outstanding, but it is a short walk to the Coastal trail which provides wonderful outlooks along the way. The villa is also close walking distance (20 minutes) to several very good restaurants. The lovely, welcoming accommodations will provide you with a most comfortable stay.

The condo is perfectly perched above a bay overlooking the ocean. A few steps down to the beautiful sandy beach or a few steps up to a nice pool with gas grills. With the windows open, you can hear the roar of the waves all day long. You can sit on the balcony and whale and surfer watch. Lots of glass windows to gaze out from within the unit. Nicely appointed kitchen. Good, but not great, wifi service. Comfortable modern furniture. No maid service and only a change of lines and towels once after 10 days, per rules. Area is gated and good sound insulation from adjacent units. Of course this is very pricey but you only live once!

We have stayed at Kapalua Bay Villas several times and this unit is bar far the closest to the water. There are steps nearby to walk down to the sandy beach cove and a path along the cliffs for miles of walks on the cliffs. We will always rent this unit in the future.

Hard to beat location. Three very different beaches within short walking distance (snorkel, surf/hangout, boogie board). Not cheap, but higher end places in Maui aren\'t cheap. Unbeatable views.

We had a wonderful stay at Patty and Rick's home. From start to finish the owners were very responsive to all of our questions as first time visitors to Maui. The views from every room in this home were amazing! This home is very clean and well appointed. You have everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the whale watching from the lanai everyday. We walked to the beach and trails daily. We also went to the pool a couple of days and it was very clean and relaxing. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Maui, this is it! The villa itself is beautiful and the views are magnificent. The weather was not favorable but we enjoyed the peace and tranquility in this locale.

This condo was perfect for two couples. The views were absolutely amazing and a beach is literally a two minute walk. Sitting on the lanai watching the turtles swimming In the crystal blue waters below was fantastic.

I cannot express how much we loved this rental. From the reservation process to the checkout. Patty was sooooo helpful and had so many suggestions for us. She even helped me figure out the best way to handle tight connecting flights and was so accommodating when I made a last minute request. She’s a miracle worker!

The unit itself couldn’t be in a better location. It was a bit chilly and windy (typical in early March) but that made for even more spectular views of the waves on the lava cliffs below. The sandy beach is just steps away, and although it was too windy to swim in, my boogie boarding hubby enjoyed it. We loved watching the whales and seeing rainbows from the breakfast table and enjoyed walking along the path below each morning.

The unit was spotless and had everything we needed down to snorkeling equipment. The beds were comfortable and towels were plush. We truly had a one of a kind experience here and can’t wait to return!

We also loved they keyless entry. We we so happy to not have to check in anywhere or wait for an agent to come let us in since our arrival came in so late!

We have vacationed in Maui many times, but this villa by far, has been our favorite place to stay. This is our second time staying here, and it has been just as good the second time around. The pictures of this villa do not do it justice. The views are breathtaking from every window. The villa is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and binoculars. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. My kids had a great time down on the beach with the boogie boards, as well as hiking on the trails and going tide pooling. During this trip, we were able to see many sea turtles, from our villa, swimming close to shore. And, on our last trip, two years ago, we were able to watch the whales everyday from the villa. Best whale watching ever! The unit itself is immaculately clean with every attention to detail. It is always a pleasure working with Patty to book our reservations. We were welcomed back to the villa our second time around with a beautiful gift basket. Thank you Patty for such an awesome place to stay and for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

Kapalua Bay Villas is a wonderful place to stay - the location is great with proximity to the gorgeous coastal trail, community amenities, etc. This unit is PERFECTION! We spoke with a few individuals staying in the area at other units, and the accommodations in these villas can vary greatly. We were VERY happy with everything in this condo. You have everything you need to enjoy your time in Maui (insulated beach bag, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella). Thanks to Patty\'s recommendation of stopping at Costco on the way in (we also got a great deal on our rental car through Costco) we were able to cook or heat up many meals right in the villa, avoiding most of the high priced Maui dining experiences. We have rented villas on other islands, such as St. John in the USVI, and I will say that this Villa is first class all the way. Our best excursions were to Kapalua Beach for snorkeling (drive or walk) and to the Old Lahaina Luau. We also took a whale watching tour, but we found the best whale watching is right from the villa (I\'m not kidding!) We also loved watching the turtles at the west end of Oneola right in front of the condo. They swim in very shallow waters there and even come up on the beach sometimes. The views are truly outstanding from literally EVERY room - the pictures just do not do it justice. It is breathtaking. I cannot express how difficult it is to leave - this place truly felt like home in every sense of the word and I know we will be back. Thanks Patty!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! We saw whales every day and they are visible from every room in the Villa. IT is immaculately clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The owners were perfect ... easy and professional to work with. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Kapalua Bay Villas was spectacular! This villa is beautiful and has the best location and view. It was plenty spacious for our family of 4. My only suggestion is to figure t a way to make the upstairs master cooler. I understand that with doors and windows open the unit will freeze but we couldn't seem to get upstairs cooled down to our liking in the evening. Other than that this experience was outstanding and Patty Cassidy was wonderful to work with. We will certainly be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

We cannot recommend this villa more highly. Gorgeous location with breathtaking views from every window. The location is super convenient- great restaurants accessible via free shuttle service- golf nearby and an incredible spa at the ritz Carlton - 5 minutes away. The villa is in excellent condition with two full master suites with spacious double sinked bathrooms. Washer and dryer, big screen TV and all the comforts of home. There is a private beach right below the villa or the beautiful Kapalua beach for snorkelling a few minutes away.( we enjoyed a twenty minutes swim with the friendliest sea turtle) perfect for two couple or a family. Love, love, loved it!!! Can\'t wait to visit again:)

We have been to Maui many times. We have stayed in villas, hotels, and private residences. Everything about our stay was perfect. The website made booking easy. Patty gave simple instructions and helpful advice prior to arrival. Groceries in the fridge for our late arrival made our first breakfast easy. The place is beautiful and wonderfully located. Walk to the grocery store, the golf course, or the beach of your choice (snorkel at one, body surf/surf at another, swim at the third). Had we thought it out better, we would have packed less clothing since we could wash clothes as frequently as needed. I have never reviewed or rated any other location on this site. I do this only because we enjoyed ourselves so much and Patty was a joy to deal with.

We have stayed in many high end villas and hotels in Europe, the Caribbean etc..and this unit is gorgeous and luxurious and far from the crowds. The pictures on the website can not capture the beauty of the unit and the location. The master suite is stunning. The bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is perfection. The floor to ceiling windows are a work of art. We stopped for groceries at Costco near the airport and used the kitchen for breakfast and lunches. The Honolua Store is nearby for yummy breakfast and groceries. The kitchen had every possible amenity and we enjoyed meals with beautiful views every day and cocktails on the lanai. The unit was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, insulated picnic bag, beach umbrella...it had everything! The location is perfect with 3 beaches within walking distance on the beautiful path just steps below the condo. There are several pools to choose from. We were a party of 6 with 4 kids ages 13, 14, 17, 18). They loved Oneola Beach for boogie boarding which is directly below the condo. Kapalua Bay is a great snorkeling beach just a 7 min walk away. DT. Fleming is a short ride near the Ritz Carlton. The Cliff House is an 8 min walk and is great for cliff jumping (not for the faint hearted)! Kapalua zip lines was fun with amazing views. Merriman's is an amazing restaurant within a 10 min. walk away near the Montage! Sea House had a great tapas spread for Happy Hour on the beach. Lahaina is a 15 min car ride and is great little beach town. Patty had a great list of restaurant recommendations (all good!) and tried Mala Tavern which is oceanfront - go during sunset. , Duke's Beach House, Kimo's. For an inexpensive meal go a few doors down on Front St in Lahaina to Aloha Mixed Plate and order the local Loco Moco and a large glass of Bikini Blonde beer (a local brew). You can't leave Lahaina without trying Ululani's Shaved Ice. I would recommend the Pacific Whale Foundation's Molikini Wild Side Eco-Adventure if you want to snorkel Molikini. And you can't visit Maui without doing the bike down Haleakala and the road to Hana. Patti provides you with a concierge for activities and is a wealth of information! There is a beautiful church nearby we went for Sunday Services (Sacred Heart Missions Church). Our flight home was canceled and Patty graciously allowed us to stay until well past check out to await our new flight. I can't say enough about this ocean front condo...simply amazing and perfect!

From the moment you walk in, the views and amenities are breathtaking. It is literally set up with everything you will need and many extras you will appreciate. I had a hard time sleeping in ~ how often can you lay in bed with stunning ocean views and watch the sunrise. I miss the incredible view, the numerous turtles that would be at this beach daily, the clear water for snorkeling, and the nearly private beach. If you BBQ, the pool above the condo also offers a spectacular view and the facilities are great. The lava rocks and trails are fun for for adventure walks or fitness, without having to drive somewhere. We did many adventures on Maui; snorkel trip, horse rides, jet skiing, parasailing, etc., but coming back to the condo was our favorite part. For play or snorkeling, the beach here in my opinion is hard to beat. This will be a trip our family will cherish forever.

We stayed at this ocean-front condo in April 2015. Upon arrival, the first thing you recognize is the most amazing views of the ocean. The unit is very well designed to maximize that attribute and provide for comfortable, first-rate accomodations including dual master suites, family room, dining room and kitchen. I agree with the other reviewer in that the actual condition of the condo is consistent with the pictures. Other valuable amenities include three pools with covered areas, BBQ grills ready for your use and responsive property management if you need anything (we needed more garbage bags and they were delivered quickly).

We have stayed on Maui many times before this trip, always on the other side of the island. We saw the pics of this condo and decided to try it. The views are uncomparable, the condo is top-notch, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish. Patty was wonderful to work with. The upstairs master has the most beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. To wake up and see that was just incredible. Thank you Patty!! Do not hesitate to rent this condo, you will not be disappointed. It is all it looks like from the pictures and more.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained condo right on the ocean. There\'s a gorgeous private beach, which offers wonderful snorkeling opportunities. The nearby cliff has a trail right along the ocean and it was great to have access to this unbelievable landscape right outside our door. Patty and Rick are so easy to work with and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was our second time to Kapalua Bay Villas and our first time staying in the penthouse. It will certainly not be our last. We spent a full week there over Christmas - two grandparents, two parents, and one teenager. There was plenty of space for all of us and we never felt crowded.

From the initial planning stages seven months in advance to the grocery requests the week prior to our arrival, the owners were a pleasure to work with: responsive, helpful, gracious, and detailed. By the end of our experience, I felt like we had made new friends.

The Villa itself is everything the pictures depict and more. The location is right on the beach, steps away from the Kapalua trail and Oneola beach. The villa was spotlessly clean, warm, welcoming, and comfortably outfitted with high-end furnishings and accessories. It immediately felt like home. The views from the entire villa, both upstairs and downstairs, were breathtaking. We heard the ocean surf from the upstairs bedroom every night as we fell asleep and watched the beautiful sunrises every morning. The beds were better than many I've slept on in high-end hotels around the world and all three bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The chef's kitchen was roomy enough for four of us at any one time and had every possible appliance, kitchen utensil, and gadget you could want. Even the pull-out sleeper sofa was comfortable - now that's unusual!

The owners have thought of everything. From complementary wifi, to insulated tote bags to pack drinks and snacks for the beach, to four Tommy Bahama beach chairs for lounging in the sand, to activity and restaurant recommendations, to top notch toiletries in every bathroom to plenty of cleaners in the kitchen and the laundry room - you will want for nothing during your stay. The owner even called us on the morning after our arrival to ensure everything was perfect. What customer service! They clearly want their guests to have an amazing experience. And we DID!

I highly recommend Kapalua as a vacation destination and the Penthouse at Bay Villas as your home away from home. Your entire experience - from planning to arrival to departure - will be flawless. Our family will definitely be returning.

The whole Kapalua area is well done, and this unit fits that and then some. We chose this over staying at the Ritz Carlton and I'd make the same choice again. Much more serene!

Our family has vacationed in Maui quite often, and this has been one of the best trips thus far. For me, accomodations can either make or break a vacation. And this penthouse is absolutely top notch! Great air conditioning, lovely marble and granite, speakers throughout (even in the bathroom) to listen to your playlists, beautiful ambient lighting on dimmers, spectacular views, the list goes on. The site will give all you the details about this fantastic property, its location and amenities. Having been there, I can say that it really is as great as it sounds!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Kapalua bay villa. This unit has the BEST view of any in the area and maybe on Maui. My husband & I were there with our 4yr old & 9 yr old boys. We all had a blast. We explored the rocks & the tidal pools, caught & studied the critters before releasing them. We snorkeled in Kapalua Bay every day - often with green sea turtles at an arm\'s length away. The guys jumped off the rocky cliffs near the point into the ocean. Scary but cool. We ate sushi at Sansei multiple times - it was delicious! The villa was very well kept & we had plenty of room. Perfect family retreat! Did I mention the views??? Stunning!!!

Simply Amazing! The views are spectacular and the penthouse villa exceeded our expectations. We decided to rent this villa because we liked what we saw on VRBO but we found that photos cannot capture the beauty of this penthouse. It's fabulous and the owners were terrific. The agreement was handled in a very professional manner; and all of the communications were complete and timely. We appreciated the attention to detail. Everything went smoothly and we had a terrific week in what must be the best unit on Maui! We have already recommended this unit to our friends and plan to come back. Absolutely STUNNING penthouse!! Everything was better than described in the listing description and pictures just don't do justice to the incredible panoramic views. Patty's recommendations for restaurants and things to do were spot on and extremely helpful. This was probably our best vacation ever and we didn't want to leave. We had the pleasure of staying at this BEAUTIFUL rental for 8 nights. The unit is very spacious, well-appointed, GREAT VIEWS and is in excellent condition.The beach was so close (100 feet away) and quiet it felt like it was our private area. From the dining room and family room you could look right and see the sunrise and left to see it set! My only comment is that the pictures on your website do not do your home justice!

Having use of the Ritz Carlton's facilities was also a highlight! the spa was great and there were plenty of restaurants very nearby. The family enjoyed the snorkeling, seeing whales from your deck and the wonderful hiking paths.

We have told several of our friends and family members about your home and I am sure that some will call - I know we will be back for sure!

This villa was beyond our expectations. Positioned upon the closest point to the ocean, the more-than 180 degree views from the sitting room and upstairs master suite are nothing less than spectacular. An absolute home from home for the discerning guest, the villa is appointed with high-end finishes and every comfort has been thought of.

What a find: forget staying at the Ritz: there is only one place our family wants to stay in Kapalua from now on!

We are two adult couples and had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home. This was our third stay at Kapalua and we all agree this was our best. Patty and Rick were most accommodating to all our needs. The villa has everything you would possibly need during your stay. We have stayed at several of the privately owned Bay Villas, and this unit, by far and away is the most beautiful! The photos on the VRBO listing are absolutely accurate in terms of the furnishings, the amazing views, the quality of the bed linens, and everything else shown. It is like staying in a five star hotel, except you also have the privacy and convenience of 2 bedrooms and 3 baths on two levels. The daily maid service is wonderful! And the oceanfront location of this unit is as close to the water as you can get, with easy access to the uncrowded beach and several swimming pools in the Bay Villas. We will always want to return to this beautiful condo whenever we travel to Maui.

We had a wonderful time in Maui, and the penthouse at Kapulua Bay Villas was beautiful! In addition to the decor, and beautiful views, the daily housekeeping, and charging privledges at the Ritz Carlton, and many other area restaurants made relaxing and truly enjoying our vacation that much easier!

Patty's recommendations for eateries, and siteseeing excursions were very helpful, in that there are so many things to choose from!

In Kapalua, eating at Sansei is an absolute must do! The Plantation Inn, Merriman's, Pineapple Grill, and breakfast from Honolua store were also favorites! Snorkeling at Kapalua Bay was hard to beat! There are also too many other restaurants, beaches, and outfitters ready to take you on just about any type of Maui adventure, for me to mention! All of which are just a short drive away.

We would not only recommend the Penthouse at Kapalua Bay Villas, but will hopefully be able to return soon!

The view from this villa was nothing short of spectacular. In fact, from the moment you stepped in the unit it was a 180 degrees of panoramic vistas of the deep blue ocean, sunsets over Molokai, beautiful beaches, whale and turtle watching and the signature 5th hole at the Kapalua Bay Course. The view from the master bedroom upstairs matched the view downstairs. The unit was spacious and well appointed and within walking distance to two four-star restaurants(Merriman's & Pineapple Grill). We also enjoyed the fact that the Kapalua community was friendly and less crowded than other Maui areas. Great golf. Of all the quality places we\'ve stayed on Maui over the last 12 years, this is number 1.

Our family spent a wonderful week in Kapalua. The villa was excellent...we really did not want to leave. The views are more spectacular than the pictures on the web site show. We have recommended the villa to our friends and would absolutely return. Thanks for letting use use your wonderful villa.

We arrived at the Kapalua Villas at night and found the interior of this villa welcoming and beautiful. Upon awakening, we were awestruck by the amount of glass exposing the incredible 180 degree view of the ocean, beach, and rocky shoreline. The second floor master suite is well appointed, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from our king size poster bed. We sat on the balconies often to enjoy the sound of the waves. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer available. The daily housekeeping service was great and appreciated. We walked the shore trail and boardwalk every day and especially enjoyed being within walking distance of several beaches, the new and gorgeous Kapalua Spa, and the Ritz-Carlton. We also enjoyed the easily accessible and beautiful pool areas available to the Kapalua Villas. This villa lived up to its photographs and description. Two couples vacationed in this villa together, and we all highly recommend it. The owners are attentive, responsive, and caring. We would book with them again.

We stayed at this property in June 2009 for an 11 day vacation. All we can say is that it exceeded all of our expections and every single way. The unit is beautiful and the views out of the massive windows are just incredible. Kapalau is such a beautiful area and the whole resort area is pristine. Each morning we woke up and had to pinch ourselves when we looked out of the windows because we truly had landed in paradise. The owners (Patty & Rick) were attendant to all of our needs before, during, and after our stay. All of the guests that attended our wedding commented that Kapalua was the most gorgeous place they\'ve ever visited on the planet. We agree!!

This ocean front villa was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. The pictures can't do it justice. We have stayed at Kapalua before years ago so we were familiar with the area. This unit by far has the best view of any other villa there. It is truly steps away from the beach and water. It is a very large and spacious two-story villa with floor to ceiling windows giving you an amazing view of the ocean and the mountains from just about every corner of the villa. The owners also provide for access to the Ritz-Carlton next door with charging privileges, pool and beach privileges. The maid service was excellent and we loved having a full kitchen where we could enjoy our breakfasts and lunches in our beautiful villa with the stunning view. The owners provided a welcome basket with snacks and drinks which was an extra-special touch and there are cozy robes and slippers available for all guests. We could not have asked for a more beautiful or comfortable place to stay.

Not having used VRBO previously, there was some apprehension. However, this was quickly dispelled when after arriving after sunset we walked through the door into marvelous accommadations which exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and every need was met and amenity available. Our excitement was even more heightened when the next morning revealed a view beyond description! From surfers and whales below, gorgeous blue skies above and Monoloa in the distance, we were excited beyond words. The property owners were attentive and most helpful in every way and the daily maid service superb. We would be glad to recommend the experience and this property to anyone.
