Kapalua Bay Villa 20G2

This was a wonderful place with an incredible location. The ground floor access was fantastic. Place is a little tired but it is accurately represented in the listing. Management company was great and very responsive. Fully stocked…had everything we needed and more.

The property is stunning and unit 20G is probably the best unit! Watched whales from our patio and turtles on the beach. The only negatives were that the windows were dirty so I washed them and we had to sit with our groceries in the parking lot waiting for our check in code after 3pm as they didn't send it. I would definitely go back again it's absolute paradise!

We had the best stay at 20G2. This property location is amazing. We had an awesome Christmas! The property management was so great. They responded so quickly it stunned us!! They cleaned half way through our stay as well. The view is unmatched. We watched whales all day right from our patio seats! The condo itself has so much room and views from every room. I can’t say e ouch about the location and condo. AMAZING!! Thank you!

We love staying at the Kapalua Bay Villas and this property is the best one by far. Walk out to beach steps and view of waves, two bedrooms and living all have a panoramic view. We are runners and the trails in the resort always bring us back.

My family and I had a magical time staying at this property. They provided the full amenities with beach gear and the property was very clean. Best location to see a beautiful Maui sunset. The host was very communicative

Our stay was amazing in villa 20G2. Super spacious and enough room for my wife and I, our 2 kids and 2 grandmas. The split floor plan was very convenient and gave everyone there own space. The view..... stunning everyday. I preferred the close beach access also. The snorkeling was 5 star in the morning and just steps from the back door. I will highly recommend this unit to everyone.

Our stay this year was for 2.5 months. The weather was wonderful, the golf and swimming great.we have stayed at this property many of times, the location is superb.. the condo could use some improvements from the wear. The property management changed hands part way through our visit and the new owner brought in a new staff that needed training and to be more responsive..

This condo is in the absolute perfect location in Kapalua and has everything you will need for a great stay.

Was exactly as advertised. View is terrific and condo in very good condition. Was so much to do we never turned the TV on. Easy walk to the ocean and beach was never crowded. Want to come again.

Wow! The pictures do no do justice to how amazing this place is. Great view from just about every room in the villa. The beach access is just steps from the sliding door. We cooked breakfast in the villa every morning and were pleasantly surprised with how equip the kitchen was with everything you need. Overall an fabulous spot. Kapalua is very windy so keep that in mind when booking. It was definitely more windy than we expected so we never swam at the beach right in front of the room. This probably varies depending on the time of year. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The Aloha casual island comfort coupled with the dramatic ocean views and beach front access 5 star. Our stay was interrupted by the demolition of the unit above ours, Aloha Vacation Rentals offered to move us to another unit. We will return!

Wonderful two months at Kapalua. Our condo ocean front with everything y9u need.

Wonderful, restful three months in the beautiful ocean front condo. We were scheduled for 2 months but because of the pandemic quarantine we ended up for 3 months. Not a bad place to be quarantined.

Our family truly were mesmerized by the ever changing ocean and coastal views. And for the first time in many years, we actually had comfortable as well as beautiful furniture to relax and enjoy this amazing villa.

The views from this condo are spectacular. It is a short walk to the Ritz Carlton and the pool is right across the parking lot. There is a nice snorkel beach about 10-15 minutes on foot. The kitchen is very well stocked for a rental. The unit is a bit run down and the furniture is "tired". The mattresses and bed pillows are in need of replacement, especially in the second bedroom. Our smoke alarm went off the first night and mgt.was responsive when we called the next day.

This villa is spectacular - the view, the furnishings, and the fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms were all as pictured (and then some!) and expected. Working with Vicky on our rental was excellent -- she was a good communicator and answered my many questions in a timely way. The property was clean and furnished beautifully. We had a minor plumbing issue (leak in the kitchen), but that was handled immediately when I called. The owner left a lovely basket of goodies for us, and we took advantage of the grocery provision in advance, so we had everything we needed for breakfast on our first morning. The only drawback was the other tenants walking through at the edges of the patio to get to the stairs down to the beach -- we wished that they would have gone around, but there is no solution for that. We took advantage of the Kapalua shuttle for transportation to dinner one night when it was raining. We booked a day with the Kapalua Ziplines, which was terrific! Our adult son and his girlfriend made good use of snorkels and boogie boards they rented in Napili. We saw whales from the living room, breaching off shore! As far as food goes, we bought lunch more than once at the deli in the Honolua store, which was about a mile walk from the villa, and otherwise prepared breakfast and lunch in the villa. Our favorite restaurant dinners were at Duke's Beach House in Kaanapali, Kimo's in Lahaina, and Sea House in Napili. We would highly recommend this property to any and all -- we didn't want to leave, and we certainly want to return and stay longer next time!

We stayed at this place in July 2019 and have to say it exceeded all our expectations. The location is amazing, right on the ocean with a great view and the beach just down the stairs. All we wanted to do was to sit out on the lanai in the evening with a drink and watch the water. It is also really peaceful on this side of the island and the grounds were amazing. The place itself is very well set up with two large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a great kitchen with really nice appliances. The air con that can be used individually in each bedroom and the main area was great. We could leave it off in the main room to enjoy the breeze and have it on in the bedrooms in order to sleep well. Can\'t say enough good things about the place and will definitely be back.

We Had a wonderful experience in Maui and this Kapulua Bay Villa was amazing. The two masters were perfect for 4 people, comfy beds and breathtaking views, Step from basically a private beach, with white sand. We were able to snorkel and saw beautiful fish and even turtles! The staff with Aloha Villas was extremely helpful, suggested several great places to visit and have dinner.

What a great spot this is. The views from every room are spectacular, right on the ocean. The beach is just a walk down the stairs. We are a family of 4 (two older teens), and had plenty of room to spread out. Place is furnished nicely; we may significant use of the washer/dryer, as well as the beach chairs and cooler. The community has a couple restaurants and grocery close by, as well as nice walking trails to other beaches. Highly recommend.

The only difficulty we had was at check-in. The check-in materials had been sent to us via email, but we missed the note.. As a result, we scrambled a bit to get in touch with someone to let us in when we arrived.. This was quickly resolved. A follow-up to the email would have been appreciated..

You walk in and are blown away by the incredible view out of the floor to ceiling windows. Spacious rooms, all the cooking supplies you could need, beach necessities supplied, etc. The location is walking distance to 3 different beaches that are all beautiful. We stayed with a young child and baby. The space was child friendly for the most part and worked great. We hope to return!

You are almost knocked out by the incredible floor-to-ceiling views when you walk in the door. Everything was clean, beach supplies were available, games and puzzles available, all kitchen utensils you could need... the place had it all!! Wake up for sunrise and enjoy a cup of Kona coffee while lounging on the patio!

The location was fantastic. The free shuttle was extremely helpful! We had 4 teenagers and 2 adults in the unit with plenty of room. Had all the snorkeling gear, beach towels and chairs we needed. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and had all the equipment you would need. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The only issue we had was with the ants/bugs - but there is nothing to be done about it. That comes with PERFECT BEACH FRONT LOCATION. They sprayed once while we were there and it helped. We would 100% stay in this unit again.

This villa in Kapalua is absolutely wonderful. The owners have not only furnished the villa in style, comfort and elegance, the location is unprecedented. Everything you need is there and it’s about location, location, location! We were very comfortable and grateful to call this home for 7 days.

We had everything we needed for an amazing trip. From beach towels, chairs and snorkeling gear to kitchen essentials. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The free resort shuttle was extremely helpful. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teens. The view was gorgeous, location perfect and unit beautiful. We would love to stay here again! The only issue we had was with the ants/bugs but that is something that comes with the PERFECT BEACHFRONT LOCATION. They sprayed once while we were there and it helped.

We absolutely loved Unit 20G2. The view was a once in a lifetime, million dollar experience. Loved the updated kitchen,the comfort of the living room, dining room and sitting area.

We’ve been going to Maui about once a year and this by far was the best place we’ve stayed at. We do prefer the Kapalua area and finding this place was great for us. Great location, the beach is a few steps from your back porch. The room itself was very nice, probably updated recently. And you can’t ask for a better view. Our family will definitely use this place again, we highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa! Had a fabulous time in Maui mostly because of where we stayed! Loved walking down to the beach everyday! The kids appreciated the waves and even got to swim with the sea turtles right outside our door! Villa had everything we needed! Can't wait to return!

Stayed at this condo for a week. I must say the views and proximity to the beach are outstanding. The grounds are very well kept. The condo itself has positives and negatives and will discuss both in order to provide and honest review. Positive: The condo is spacious and well appointed. There is a good deal of space for 5 adults. The bathrooms were large and spacious. The condo was well appointed with beach gear and entertainment also. Property management is quick and responsive. Again, the view is amazing. Negative: We had an issues with ants on the entire lanai and a small amount within the condo. The condo was scheduled regular but spraying, which helped, but was disappointed that a large number of dead bugs were left all over the condo and not cleaned up after spraying. One of the lounge chairs on the lanai was in a poor condition with metal framing very rusted. It looked as though it was ready to break. It was reported and removed quickly but never replaced. The overall all condition was nice, but there were areas of cracked floor tile, mismatched wall paint and water stains on the wall. One would assume that the overall condition of the condo would be much higher given the cost to stay. The harshness of the weather and humidity and moisture should be taken into consideration in the care of condos in this location. Overall it was a nice stay, would probably consider cost and value before another stay

We had such a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo. As others have shared, the views are unbelievable. The condo is clean and well organized. I loved how easily we could get to the walking path and beach. Also, there were many choices for great dining within walking distance (Merriman\'s being my favorite!). And, there were many grocery shopping choices nearby, and the Honolua Store was convenient to pick up odds and ends. Parking was also very convenient. And, our communication with the owner--from booking the condo to follow-up after our stay--was great. But, by far, the number one reason that I want stay at this condo again are the views--they were absolutely amazing!

We have been coming to the Kapalua and staying at the Bay Villas for over 20 years. This villa has the best location on the property. The villa was clean and had a good supply of beach accessories. I was a little disappointed with the twin beds in the second bedroom which seemed to have plastic mattress pads.Our grown kids found sleeping on the couch more comfortable.Enjoyed he full size washer and dryer. But all in all it was a fabulous vacation

Outstanding

We have stayed several times at Bay Villas. This location was THE best stocked - more like a home than a hotel. Many spices, games, puzzles, books, more silverware and dishes than you'd ever use, excellent stocked cooking utensils/knives. I hesitate to tell you how fabulous the unobstructed view was and the placement of this condo....we want to come back and have it available:) You won't be sorry!

Beautiful spot, breathtaking views, a short walk from the beach, with a good walking trail nearby with access to another more sheltered beach about 10 minutes away. We used the nearby gym/spa frequently. It can be windy, so hang onto your hat!

amazing; the property was just great, the place looked just like the photos - but maybe even better, place clean, organized very homey with games, and beach gear and Aloha booking and management was equally amazing, texted me upon arrival to see if all ok, allowed for a small fee an extra day as condo was available and I needed as I had late flight, not normally one to give feedback unless really exceptionally good or bad - this is really a solid choice to stay.

We have stayed in Kapalua for the past 10 years and this is the best property of the Bay Villas, clean, well kept, great views.

The view was breathtaking, and the location was ideal. The furniture was dated, though, and we had to call for assistance for a few problems (the stove, the microwave, and the terrible rollaway). It would have been nice to have more supplies that would last for the entire week, like soap, shampoo and dishwasher detergent.

Amazing experience! I can't say enough good things about the location, the condo unit, and the property management team!

Just left this condo and it perfectly met our needs. There were five adults and ample space. The views are simply amazing as the back living area is all glass. The condo is located beachfront with a path down to the ocean. You will have other guests walking through your back yard to gain beach access but it really wasn't that bad. It has an excellent kitchen and it’s well appointed. The property manager was only a call away and very helpful. You will have to negotiate stairs, as this is a downstairs unit. That being said I wouldn’t recommend it for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. The only problem I found had to do with AC noise. The main intake vent is in the master bedroom bath which connects to the master bedroom. At night when you're trying to sleep this can be VERY annoying as it's extremely loud. Overall this is a great unit! Access to the Kapalua Bay golf course is just outside the Bay Villa entry.

We had a fantastic experience. The villa was beautiful and clean. The view is amazing. We really liked the location and didn't mind being up from the nature path, it was really convenient. We could see sea turtles from the lanai and enjoyed watching the surfers.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo--it made our vacation incredibly special and memorable. We were impressed with amenities and furnishings and were overall very happy. The only things not making this a perfect stay were: roaches (found dead ones each morning and live ones), poorly fitting side door off of kids room leaked in rain and had water damage, master shower would clog from time to tome.

The "wow" factor! Everyone's response as we stepped in the front door and experienced the amazing view! Better than expected, even though the pictures were accurate. Could not be in a better location for beach access as well as the coastal trail. Was great to have beach towels and boogie boards available and a full kitchen allowed us to not eat out each night - after all, we could dine seaside with the best views around and watch the sunrise each morning enjoying coffee on the back patio! Without a doubt would recommend and rent again! It surpassed our expectations!

From the moment we walked into the rental we knew it was going to be awesome. Amazing location, great decor, and everything in the room you would need to have a great stay in Maui. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing! so beautiful!!

We have stayed at ocean-front condos & hotels around the world... and this was one of the best. Kapalua Bay Villas, and this unit in particular is a magic place. We enjoyed the wonderful view of Oneloa Beach and Moloka'i... watching the whales from the lanai. The unit I quite large and comfortable, easily handling four adults who needed some "alone time" now & then. When the A/C did not work, we were pleased with the property manager as well. We are looking forward to a return trip next year!

Jake--it was fabulous. When we came into the unit everything was ready for us. Like entering the finest hotel anywhere. Lonnie was wonderful as well. you have a real gem in Lonnie. We will be back next year.

Very nice unit oceanfront with a fabulous oceanview from living, dining rooms and master bedroom. Unit was very clean and well-kept. One night the outside light blinked on and off which was very annoying but the next day it was fixed when we spoke to maintenance person. We enjoyed its location very much with close proximity to ocean, hearing the waves at night and enjoying the beautiful view during the day. The only negative about its location is that being close to the stairs accessing the nature path, there were people walking right in front of us when we were sitting on the lanai. It felt like they were invading our privacy. I wanted to put up a rope or flags to dissuade people from cutting across the yard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a beautiful 9 days with our children and grandchild. Spectacular views, relaxing spa days, and weather from one extreme to the other. All the amenities of home allowed us to create dinners filled with goodies from the farmer's market and fish from Costco. Star Noodle 2 nights....YUM. You could sit on the patio all day, not move, and leave feeling like you visited paradise.

Oceanfront and spacious with spectacular views and very nice furnishings...this is a really great place for a Maui vacation. Well appointed kitchen and bedrooms, steps from the beach, and wonderfully quiet - this condo is a winner!

From the moment we approached the community to entering front door of the villa, we were awe of the beauty that surrounded us. The view was stunning and just mere steps from the villa was access to a quiet, peaceful beach. Nestled between the Montage and the Four Seasons, this villa is a gem! We definitely plan to return. Couldn't ask for a better location! Easy access to beautiful, semi-private beach. Easy walk to Kapalua Beach and Napili Beach. The unit was supplied with snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, frisbee, and even some sunscreen. Saved us a lot of money in rentals for our family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped. Only complaint is loud forced air noise when air conditioning comes on in master. Also, early morning foot traffic noise from unit above. We all liked this unit better than the unit we stayed in 2 years ago. Can't beat this location.

The agent was the best I've ever had. She went out of her way with the entire rental she took care of all issues of any kind. We will rent from you again because of Vicky
