Nice and spacious. Quiet area but close enough to get to restaurants, beaches and shopping.
Excellent central spot to stay, close to everything and very clean
We enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai. Condo was very clean and there were plenty of towels, blankets and supplies. We had a problem with the a/c not working when we arrived so we called the number provided about our concern. Patty returned our call promptly to let us know what was going on and called again to give us an update. We were notified that the maintenance team would be there in the morning and they were! We appreciated the quick response, notifications and prompt attention to this matter! We highly recommend the Parrish Kauai team!
Overall this was a lovely stay at the southern side of the island. My only ‘complaints’ would be that 3 of the 4 bikes didn’t have working brakes (though we didn’t even end up using them), our upstairs neighbors had bricks on their feet (not the fault of the place itself tho!) and just far enough away that a walk to the beach or shops was a bit much. Also, if you’re renting a larger vehicle, the driveway can be a little anxiety inducing when backing out if you’re not used to a larger car (with terrible turning radius?) But it was very peaceful, loved the AC, loved the included beach gear, and very responsive/communicative. I would most certainly stay here again and highly recommend.
If I could sum up our stay in one word it would be WOW! We are regular visitors to Kauai and needed another condo for additional family this trip. This place was on another level: clean, easy to get to, so many extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, snorkeling gear, delicious toiletries, etc) quiet, great location, comfy beds, and has AC!
Additionally the Parrish Kauai group was very responsive and helpful. Overall we would give this place an A+ and will be back again for our next trip.
No complaints with this reservation. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. Very clean.
