Amazing Place to Stay! 5 Stars!!
The location was perfect!! Quick walk to the beach to see the turtles and the restaurants are right there. It's a great place for kids as there is a protected wading area for small kids. The house is beautifully furnished, fully stocked and it was nice to have beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys with this rental. I especially loved sitting on the deck in the evening and early morning to just listen to the birds and have the cool breeze from the ocean. We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends to share with the beautiful place!
Perfect Location
The condo was perfect in every way! You can’t beat the location! The property is well maintained and beautiful! The condo is comfortable and clean! The AC is a bonus!!

Fantastic location for the family!
Wonderful location and property with Hawaiian character! Spacious for 4 adults and an infant. Secluded enough to feel like you can get away from the busyness of Poipu Beach. Stellar walking location to three (3) different beaches.

We came here with our family and really enjoyed our villa. It is super close to the beach & a great place for walks! we loved the pack and play in the closet for our baby also the carpet in the living room was nice for little ones. The kitchen was beautiful, it had everything we needed & we cooked a lot. The pool was great too. Note that the unit is two stories, has a/c and is carpeted throughout. We ran into Greg several times and he took the time to chat. Check in was simple as we arrived very late. I had several questions and was able to ask via text and was answered back promptly.

Amazing stay
This was the perfect place to stay at during my time in the south shore. The place was beautiful, spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s centrally located and close to everything in the south shore. The whole process from start to finish was seamless.
Had a great time, property was clean, well stocked.
Great location
Perfect Poipu Getaway
This was my 1st time in Kauai and I was very happy with the location of the condo and how nice it was. Ocean views from the lanai and just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent again.
Gorgeous space, very comfortable, wonderful location! I loved the communications via text.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite in the Nihi Kai Villas and had a wonderful stay! The suite was very comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. The kitchen was well-stocked and they even supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for day trips. The location is excellent (a 5-minute walk to Poipu beach!). The staff was really courteous and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.
Great Condo, Great Location
My family stayed in this condo for a week and it was a great set up for a family of four. It was close to Poipu beach, you could even walk there if you chose to do so. The management company was also very responsive to any of our needs. I would highly recommend staying here!
Perfect Poipu Place
This 2 bedroom 2 bath rental is just feet away from the renowned Poipu Beach, swim at the beach, take a dive in the pool on property, check out the turtles at night, this rental has it all. Beach supplies, comfy beds, several Lanais. Fully equipped kitchen too. Very clean and well kept rental. Poipu sunsets never disappoint. Awesome communication with owner too!

Perfect location!
The owner offered great communication and was prompt to respond to anything we needed. The location is perfect! Right by Poipu beach park - a quick 2 minute walk to see the sunset, go to beach or park. My kids loved how deep the pool was and I enjoyed that it was ocean front so I could enjoy the view while they swam. We were thankful to have AC throughout. We liked watching the free on demand movies provided! I am a chef and really appreciated the high caliber of knives in the kitchen. It's nice that a community BBQ is offered as well. Spacious, and 3 lanais for outdoor spaces while there. Great for families!

Great location in Poipu
A lovely oasis close to the Poipu beach. Basically a block and a half away. Plus close to food - since there is no easy delivery here. Everything was clean and tidy. The owners and company made everything easy and no stress.

Perfect South Shore Condo
We had a wonderful stay at this unit. The condo had everything we could have wanted: fully stocked updated kitchen, AC in all bedrooms & in the living room. Plenty of space in the condo, we loved having the bedrooms downstairs that made it really convenient for some to take a nap while others could be upstairs without bothering us downstairs. The beds were super comfortable after a long day at the beach that was only a 5 minute stroll from the condo. The beach that was walking distance was amazing and a must see, you are able to watch the turtles come up at night to sleep- one of the highlights of our trip. There is an amazing ocean view from the lanai & the photos don't do that justice- the sunset views were breathtaking! Plenty of beach gear was available for us to use. The condo was also conveniently located next to parking which made unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. Highly recommend we will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit.

The location was awesome! The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble finding it, and had to ask someone by the pool for directions to building 5. Once we found our condo, the welcome package inside had the directions. The condo was equipped with beach equipment and towels, which we made use of. We were within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely place in great location!
We had a wonderful time in this condo. The location is great for walking to the beach and watching the sunsets. It’s very well equipped with everything needed including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards. The kitchen is updated and well stocked also and the complex was very quiet. We live on island and we were on the south shore for a brief staycation. Location and amenities are important but even more important to us was the prompt response and sharing of aloha demonstrated by this owner and we happily recommend this unit to others. Mahalo.
