We are considering purchasing a unit in the Plantation Condo development in Kauai through Donna Rice. We would like to know the percentage of occupancy in these units in general, since the one we are thinking of purchasing has never been rented and has no rental history. If we feel easy enough about this factor we will buy it and would like to use your services for our booking needs/property management. Please let us know your thoughts asap as we are working within a 1031 Exchange framework and time is of the essence.
