If the season is right, he may even incorporate fresh mangos and other fruits from his yard! Chef Emerson built his culinary career working at the Bonaventure Hotel in LA, the five-star >Princeville Hotel on Kauai’s lush north shore, operating his own restaurant and in recent years has developed his own business, Island Catering.

From a private romantic dinner at one of Parrish Kauai’s oceanfront homes to a large event and everything in between, Chef Emerson continues to exceed his customer’s expectations and get rave reviews.
