Absolutely Perfect!!!

What an amazing property and location! Everything was perfectly maintained! The interior was decorated with stylish furniture. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal in, the lanai was perfect for relaxing and reading while still seeing the beautiful ocean. The inside was exceptionally clean and had lots of extra touches! It was great to have coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards… everything you could need for the perfect Kauia vacation! I can’t want to go back and stay here again!

Can not beat the gorgeous views!!!!!!

This condo has truly incredible views right out the window and comfortable outdoor furniture on private lanai where we spent most of our time. 2 minute walk to fantastic overlook! Updated kitchen and bath and fantastic service from Parrish and owner! We stayed 9 nights and truly enjoyed the property and surrounding areas, including the paved private beach access (it\'s steep but short!)

Spectacular View

I don't write reviews EVER, this place is the exception. Watching the spectacular sunsets on the lanai with the NeNe was a first! Beautifully furnished condo with all the kitchen utensils to cook whatever we needed. The location is VERY quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

The place was great! Location was perfect & everything was clean. The only negative I would note was that the second bedroom was listed with 2 queen beds on Airbnb site. When we arrived there was only 1 bed per bedroom.

Spacious and comfortable

Perfect for family of four, 2 separate living room areas. All the amenities needed for a perfect beach day are available for your use. There are some critters that sneak in and of course the nene and roosters bright and early but better to wake up to nature noises than city noise!

The location was great. However the unit was not sound proof and we could hear the guest upstairs with a baby, all night. Within the unit itself, there was no privacy.

Aloha Eliza. We are happy you loved the location. Apologies for the neighbors. Part of condo living is having neighbors. Usually, if we are made aware, we can give them a call to discuss the noise. The unit is two separate bedrooms. The sleeper sofa is in a separate family room off the dining area and the owners have even provided a privacy screen in the closet. It is described as a great room layout, which means the kitchen, living, and dining are all together in one space. The photos in our listing accurately reflect the layout as described.  If there was something we could have done to make your stay more comfortable, we would have loved the opportunity to help.

Amazing accommodations and location!

We had an amazing stay and the accommodations were perfect. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean with a full sized kitchen! Washer and Dryer inside was a huge plus for us. The location was beautiful. Sitting on the patio was mesmerizing, staring at the ocean. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen and amazing snorkeling. We saw a turtle the very first day! I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay and we already booked our trip for next year at the very same place and date! We can’t wait to go back!

A really wonderful view with lots of great beaches close by. Excellent communicators. Only one room is air conditioned fully, but the space was quiet (we could not hear our neighbors at all) and very comfortable!

Perfect place to stay

Our family at six absolutely loved the Pali Ke Kua resort. We stayed in Barrie’s condo 143 and it was perfect for us! Very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Barrie was very helpful with sites to see, restaurants to visit etc. So easy to work with! Each evening when we were at the condo we would go out the back slider door and walk steps away to the Cliff area to watch the sunset. Absolutely breathtaking! We loved the large slider doors that had such a great view from inside. Hideaways pizza was also very delicious and just a few steps away from the condo. We have the most amazing memories from our trip. It just wasn’t long enough! I would highly recommend this condo.

Relaxing stay at this VRBO

Nice walkout unit with a great view of the Ocean. Whale watching every morning on the lanai while we drank our coffee. The sunsets are spectacular from the grounds of this property. The trip down to the private beach is quite a trek, but so worth it for those who are able to handle the incline of the trail. We took advantage of the many activities available around the island such as Kayaking, hiking, biking and snorkeling. The pool is very private and usually not busy. After a day out exploring it made for a nice place to relax and take a swim.

We enjoyed staying at Parrish Kauai. The condo was well equipped with kitchen items. They also provided lawn chairs, small ice chest, snorkel gear, and binoculars. It has an excellent view of the ocean. We really experienced the phrase " we are on Hawaii time." We would definitely stay here again.

I was nervous at first because there weren’t any reviews but this condo was everything we needed and more! From the easy communication with Parrish to a super simple check in, our stay started off perfectly. The condo was so spacious our family of four had no trouble enjoying our own space when we needed it. The condo had everything in the kitchen and the “fun closet” so that we could have any meal we wished to cook and all the beach gear we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed reading the guidebooks for tips, we watched whales from the porch in the morning with the in-house binoculars, and watched the sunset below the mountains by just walking to the end of the lawn. We would stay here again and gladly stay in a Parrish property again for the excellent hosting!

Amazing location, beautiful views

I was lucky enough to spend a week here during whale season, so I was frequently greeted with the sight of whale’s tails and belly flops from the living room or lanai with my morning coffee. Although not a first time visitor to Kauai, this was truly a unique experience for me, and was a highlight of my trip. In the afternoons, I’d head down to the beach on the private paved pathway to snorkel with turtles or enjoy spectacular views of the north shore coastline. In the evenings, I’d take a short walk from the lanai and watch the sun set beside the Bali Hai, the north shore’s famous peak. It’s breathtaking. The condo itself was as described, well decorated, fully stocked, and clean. More than what I needed. Bonus was the variety of friendly birds that kept me company just outside of the lanai. A birder’s paradise. The owner and staff were very helpful during my stay, recommending a few spots to visit and eat in Hanalei. The views of Hanalei valley, the bay, and the plantation fields are what this area is known for, and shouldn’t be missed. Seeing them is like stepping back in time. There’s many great restaurants in Hanalei, but don’t miss the opportunity to stop by Holey Grail for a taro based donut with local flavors like lilikoi or guava on your way to surfing in the bay. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you ever have the opportunity, I look forward to staying again on my next trip to the island.

Amazing Owner, Stunning Home

Lovely place, lovely views!

Place is super cute, feels very Hawaiian ‘islandy’. Views are amazing and from all portions of main living area! Bedrooms look onto lush tropical landscaping. Air conditioner unit in master was great to have but we didn’t need it as weather was lovely. It felt clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely come back to PKK 143!❤️

Beyond our expectations!

Having stayed on Kauai many times, this beautiful condo far exceeded our expectations and we hope to return next year! You are greeted with an awesome view of the ocean the minute you walk in and suddenly you feel at home. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also loved that beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers were available for us to use. The best kept secret of this location is the amazing beach in the complex. With a private paved path (although steep) we found ourselves alone most days on the prettiest beach with the best snorkeling on the island. Pack a picnic cooler and soak it all in. Crystal clear water with too many turtles to count. Don’t waste your time at Tunnels..the reef is filled in with sand! The sunset views from the cliffs are breathtaking and we found other guests to be super friendly around the complex. Thank you for a magical week! We loved every second of it!

Best ever

We just rented this condo for a week and it was the best week of our lives! The view from every window in the house is epic and we just walked right out our back door to the cliff and watch the sunset every night. We went scuba diving right in back of the house and saw more live reefs and turtles than anywhere else that we have ever snorkeled including on this island . Already booking our next trip to come back in another few months because one week just was not long enough.

Aloha! We’ve been fortunate enough to visit PKK 143 in June and October 2018. Everything was perfect: location, check in, cleanliness, amenities, wifi, view, and spaciousness of the unit, all at a great and competitive price. It doesn’t feel like a “unit” but actually a real sized home! The owners’ personal touch is throughout the home, and we saw many improvements between the visits, including new paint, new tile in the bathroom, new artwork and kitchen gadgets. It was fine

This place definitely needed some TLC and updating which you can’t really tell by the pictures. There were some things I thought were dirty and kinda grossed me out at first but I think a lot of it was really just worn down instead of dirty. In the end it really did work out fine for my family, even though I might stay somewhere else next time.

BEST UNIT ON THE ISLAND!

Wow, wow, wow!! We thought we had booked a nice unit from the pictures online, but we weren’t prepared for how incredible it was in person. The views are HUGE. As soon as you walk in you’re met with a big blue ocean expanse. This unit was much larger than your traditional 2 bedroom with an extra play/living room space. Could easily fit two small families. Was exceptionally clean, and I’m a stickler for that. On top of that the amenities were top notch. The rates are very reasonable and we felt like we were somehow upgraded with the quality of the unit and of the grounds. There is a private beach that has a paved path with big views of Bali Hai on the property. We usually stay on the south end of the island and had no idea that there was this hidden paradise. The sunsets were incredible. People would bring their wine to the edge of the cliff and soak in what I can only describe as a mystical lowering of the sun. The pool was also great as was the restaurant on site. It was really nice being so close to a full shopping center and only about 10 minutes from Hanalei. We can’t recommend this unit enough. It was just so easy and blew our expectations. Can’t wait to go back!

Incredible!!!

WOW -- we cannot recommend this unit enough! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with huge ocean views and every amenity you can imagine. The unit itself was larger than most 2 bedrooms with an additional seating area which could easily fit two couples or small families. Squeaky clean and the master bathroom had been updated with beautiful tile that made you feel like you were at a fancy spa. It was the little touches that really impressed us. The high end beach towels, an updated entertainment center with streaming, yummy bath products, comfy lanai furniture…..we could go on and on. Plus, the location can’t be beat -- you are truly right smack dab in the middle of paradise. From the legendary sunsets, to the trail down to a private beach, the complex is situated in a resort area away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that you could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We have stayed at many places in Kauai and this is by far our favorite. At night when you walk out to the cliffs to watch the sunset, you are met with the most spectacular views you can imagine. As the sun dips behind the mountains you feel like you are a world away. Even just walking around the property, you experience authentic Hawaii without a ton of tourists. The pool is fantastic too! We cannot wait to go back, unit #143 is our new home away from home.

Love the north end of the island! The best!

Great location. Reasonable price. Needs a deep clean and some updates. Overall, worked well for my family. Nice pool area. Would stay again. It wouldn’t take much to improve the place. Elbow grease, paint cabinets..little things. Loved the area. Loved the island????

Beautiful place

The location was great. We could walk down to the beach and snorkel. This is my favorite place to snorkel. I’ve snorkel on the Big Island and Oahu and this is far the best. There was some small issue with the place itself. The shower didn’t drain well and we called, but nobody came to fix it.

We just returned from spending one week on the Island of Kauai. We chose the North Shore knowing of its spectacular beauty and the wonderful Island’s serenity and ambience of the Princeville-Hanalei area. Our accommodations were perfect. When we stepped into unit #143 at Pali Ke Kua, we knew we entered the perfect condo. The view was beautiful from inside the unit and sitting on the lanai. The condo was completely furnished with all amenities necessary for one’s comfort. All our needs were met and then some. We are planning our return to this special condo at Pali Ke Kua in the future. I had the opportunity to spend four days at the condo. The location lcation location was spectacular. Excellent accommodations and the new owner appears to have completed some cosmetic updates which reflects the pride of ownership. No Surprises!

The apartment had everything. Very nice! We especially liked all the board games and toys the kids could use. Your appliances throughout the condo rocked! The condo looked like in the pictures. We had a very nice stay and were sad to come back to Colorado after a week in Princeville. Mahalo!

Spectacular

Wow, the photos on the website show the beauty of this condo and it’s even more spectacular in person. The interior was wonderfully furnished with top quality, just everything. The tiled floor gave it such a refreshing appearance. Then the view -- the manicured foligae and the lushish grounds that you could walk right out onto -- the ocean and the sunsets. Beautiful North Shore condo

Everything was neat, clean, accessible and bright. Location could not be beat. Parrish folks were very friendly and eager to help. Gorgeous Bali Hai sunsets every night, very peaceful and restorative. I would recommend unconditionally.
