Kauai Kai is situated along a dramatic shoreline with access to the lava rock tide pools suitable for shoreline fishing but not safe for swimming. There’s a wonderful small boat harbor just a few steps away with its own sandy beach for swimming, shelling and just watching the ocean activities that are part of this wonderful community. Lawai Beach is four blocks away. The famed Poipu Beach, well known for swimming, snorkeling and protected for children, is less than a ten minute drive down the coast.

- Deluxe: Well-maintained properties that have been updated (typically within the past ten years).
- Island Casual: Although not recently updated, these unique properties provide value and comfort for your family, yet still meet Parrish Kauai’s minimum quality standards.
- All properties are professionally cleaned, well maintained and inspected by management prior to guest arrival.
