Two bedrooms on the entry level and a third bedroom downstairs with a separate entry and air conditioning make this is a wonderful vacation home for couples or mature families. An expansive covered lanai and adjoining patio feature spectacular ocean views and offer an abundance of outdoor living area easily accessed from the living area or master bedroom. A staircase from the lanai leads you to a large swimming pool, enclosed yard and entry to the third bedroom. A breezeway with an outdoor hot and cold shower creates a walkway to the full size laundry room and two car garage.

The Beaches |

There are 3 beaches within a 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive; Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach to the west, perfect for swimming, (with a separate lagoon for young children), snorkeling, surfing and beach parties. Shipwreck Beach to the east, is best for experienced swimmers and surfers. The short walk along the coastline is breathtaking. |

The panoramic ocean views are breathtaking as soon as you enter this spacious home. A wall of windows and sliding glass doors extending from the great room to the dining area fill the home with stunning blue water views and tropical fragrances. The clean lines of the Scandinavian style decor are accented by the antique Swedish pine floors, sleek cabinetry and high ceilings throughout. The master suite has an air conditioning unit, ocean views, a sliding door to the covered lanai and a corner desk equipped with Roadrunner high speed internet access allowing you to tend to business with ease. The master bath features a glass wall in the shower looking out to a private garden courtyard. The second bedroom and full bath are adjacent to the living area. Downstairs, with a separate entrance off the pool deck is the air conditioned third bedroom and bath with twins beds that can be joined as a king with advance notice. The custom kitchen has beautiful Hawaiian Koa wood cabinets, an island, a breakfast table and opens to the dining room. There are tropical breezes and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool and air conditioning units in the master suite and downstairs bedroom. |
