The Beaches |

300 yards to Shipwreck Beach, a great beach for experienced swimmers and surfers, it also offers hours of delightful sunbathing and beach combing for all ages. A 10 minute walk down the greenbelt to the west will bring you to Brennecke's Beach, famous for body surfing and Poipu Beach, perfect for swimming, (with a separate lagoon for your children), snorkeling, surfing and beach parties. |

Vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting and hanging tropical fans stretch over the open living, dining and kitchen area on the upper level adjacent to the master suite and second bath. One wall of the great room is sliding glass doors opening to a large covered lanai which is perfect for lounging or outdoor dining. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stained concrete counters and a breakfast bar. There is a dining table for 10 inside and a patio table for 6 on the covered lanai with a gas BBQ. The master suite has a TV/DVD/VCR and an expansive bathroom with a whirlpool garden view tub, separate shower and twin sinks. All five bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and private lanais with a desk area in three of them. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a wet bar. The third bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or the hallway and the fourth bathroom is just across the hall from the other bedrooms. The laundry area has a full size washer, dryer and laundry sink. There is Roadrunner high speed cable internet access for those traveling with a laptop computer equipped with an Ethernet port. |
