The Beaches |

Just a 5 minute drive will take you to a variety of swimming beaches. Brennecke's Beach is famous for body surfing and Poipu Beach is perfect for swimming, (with a separate lagoon for your children), snorkeling, surfing and beach parties. Shipwreck Beach is great for experienced swimmers and surfers and offers hours of delightful sunbathing and beach combing for all ages. |

Light, spacious, comfortable and casual with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, lanais and a large fenced yard, you'll find many options to spread out and relax with privacy. The two bedrooms on the entry level each have a full bath, large vanity and TV. The master suite fills the entire second story including a covered lanai, wet bar in the dressing area and large bathroom separated by a walk in closet. Supplied with everything you need, the kitchen has tiled counter tops, an island with a third sink and a breakfast bar with seating for four. You'll most likely stay in your swim suit and enjoy all your meals on the covered lanai or around the gas BBQ, however, there is a full size dining room if you prefer a more formal setting. One end of the living room opens to the golf course and mountain views, the other to the covered lanai fronting the pool allowing the trade winds to flow through. There are ceiling fans in the living room and dining room, no air conditioning. There is high speed Internet access via a DSL line for computers equipped with an Ethernet port. |
