		Nihi Kai Villas has it all. A beautiful heated oceanfront swimming pool and a 3' deep pool to enjoy with the kids. Two complimentary tennis courts. A paddle-tennis court. The Beaches		Just steps along the shoreline to world-famous body surfing Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park. Closest condos to Brennecke's Beach. Some units are just 50 yards from the ocean with others rising slightly to the upper panoramic oceanview units 300 yards from the ocean.
Interior		There are a number of different floor plans at Nihi Kai Villas which range from 1000 to 2100 square feet depending whether you've chosen a one, two or three bedroom condominium. Each condo boasts at least two private lanais, beautiful furnishings, well-maintained interiors, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchens, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, cable TV, VCR, CD player, washer/dryer in the condo, private phone, extra linens, a hair dryer and beach towels. No maid service. The majority of the Nihi Kai Villas' units have Hospitality High Speed Service, a high speed cable connection to the internet for those traveling with a laptop computer equipped with an Ethernet port. This service is simply a connection to the internet where you can surf the web or access your email through your own Internet Service Provider. If you require this service, please specify your request when making your reservation. The Parrish Collection Kauai is not responsible for service provider connectivity, technical support or equipment failure.
Bedding		Usually there's a king or queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest room with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Usually there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room; however, as these units are individually owned, it could vary with each owner.
Ratings		This property receives some of our highest ratings. With The Parrish Collection Kauai at the front desk, well-maintained interiors, exquisite grounds, stunning views and its close proximity to Poipu Beach, it's no wonder that Nihi Kai is in such demand.
