Best View In Kauai!

This resort is hard to beat! We’ve stayed at a lot of places on Kauai but always come back to Hanalei Bay Resort. The condo was perfect as was the scenery. A piece of heaven. Very easy to book and was always kept informed about anything!

Family Vacation

The condo met our expectations. We had a spectacular view from the lanai. It was so nice that we had a washer and dryer in our unit and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a little one with us so the only suggestion would be to have a pack and play available for guests, but overall this was a very lovely condo on the resort. Would book again with no hesitation.

Nothing short of amazing

Great location and property. Condo was very comfortable. 3 beds very comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics to make a great meal. Unit is on top floor and requires stairs to access. Basic beach gear included (chairs umbrella and coolers). Beautiful pool area. Unfortunately they no longer serve drinks poolside but there is on site bar where u can enjoy drinks and music away from pool. Overall everything was better than the photos. View from lanai is beautiful and amazing way to start the day. Paved path on site to the beach with great snorkeling with turtles. Road to beach is steep but you can always call for golf cart transport if needed. Minutes drive to nearby grocery store and downtown Hanalei for restaurants and activities such as surfing. This was a great homebase to spend the week (3 kids and two adults). Thank you for great vacation! We hope to return!

Very nice resort. Wonderful people. But the condo is due for a refresh

Great Location at the Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville. Clean, Nice place with great balcony views of the Napali Coast, Hanalei Bay and the Ocean. Facilities and Pools were also very nice.. Recommended for big groups!

Beautiful Hanalei Bay Resort proprty

We had everything we needed and loved the location and views from the unit. The adult kids also appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach chairs. Pool is lovely and they even opened the swim up bar!

Outstanding Island Accommodations

This property is fantastic! You have all the amenities and advantages of both a resort and condominium all wrapped up in one. The unit is spacious and well-equipped with spectacular views! We loved the beach that is accessible via the trail. This unit is a bit far from parking, but the resort does offer shuttle services that made it much easier to transport luggage and such.

Exceptional

Stunning views, great location!

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for two families of four. The furnishings were great, the beds really comfy! The view was spectacular! The loft worked out well for our teenagers. I am a tennis nut, and was thrilled there were so many courts, and could choose to play on grass or hard. The Hanalei Bay Resort was great. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you!!

Beautiful property and beautiful condo

The views from the deck are amazing! We spend may hours relaxing on the deck. The unit itself is very well kept up and nicely appointed. It was great that they had beach chair, cooler, and snorkel gear for use. The pool and hot tub are amazing!

Great unit!

Very updated condo. We stayed in the connected #9323/9324 for our family of five. The condo had everything we needed and is well kept. The views from the lanai are stunning. The resort was great. Enjoyed the pool and had a nice meal at Happy Talk Lounge. Highly recommend this condo.

Well appointed with an incredible view!

Excellent condo with fully stocked kitchen. The lanai was our favorite spot and the outside furniture was very comfortable. Great to have a full size washer and dryer. Even had binoculars. We didn’t use the resort facilities much but it seemed well maintained. Facilities and local restuarants close early so plan ahead.

Beautiful view

This condo was great with a pretty epic view! Located in Hanalei Bay Resort, it was pretty convenient to what we wanted to do on the north side. The condo is located a short walk from parking, but the resort has shuttles to help if you don’t want to walk & the drivers are great. Short walk or ride to the beach was nice -- we watched surfers from the front porch every day. The chickens provide an early wake up call, but we didn’t mind -- the sound of the ocean was great at night! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool is not heated and is a little cooler than the ocean water, but was refreshing on hot days. The hot tub was great! We had a great, relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the view. Not sure we would have wanted to stay anywhere else in Princeville besides this place. Check out the fish market at the Dolphin Fish restaurant for fresh fish/sushi (skip the restaurant)!

Princeville / Hanalei Bay Resort - Spectacular Mountain Views!

It has become customary for us to visit Kauai in January — it’s the month of our birthdays, after all, plus a cousin of mine owns and operates the Na Pali Explorer company, and lives down in Lihue with his wife, who works in hospice care all over the island. To keep out of their hair, though, we like to stay at various spots around the island — Princeville / Hanalei can be a little rainy / blustery in January, but we’ve been lucky the past two winters! We’d enjoyed our stay last year at the Hanalei Bay Resort (# 8232 the previous year -- smaller unit, excellent Bali Hai views) so much that we returned this year — this time, to the unit in question. We couldn’t have been more pleased with # 9323! It’s as advertised — updated, luxurious, very homey, which is what we look for while vacationing in Kauai. It’s more conveniently located to the large public pool / bar / reception areas — this turned out to be a plus, for sure. It does not have the ‘classic Bali Hai’ view, but that’s forgivable — I mean, just walk 50 steps outside, you’ll get to an area offering the same view. I’d highly recommend this unit — we were just two people, but it would easily handle a family of 4-5 (upstairs loft area, for us, went completely unused). Looking forward to returning next January — and revisiting the Hanalei Bay Resort!

Beautiful property

The location can’t be beat. The condo is very well equipped. There is lots of snorkel gear and boogie boards, multiple cooler options, and beach chairs for fun in the water. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cookware to make any meal, and lots of plates so you don’t have to wash dishes every meal. Our family loved this place and if we ever have the good fortune to make it back to Kauai would definitely choose this location again

Home away from home
