One of the largest and oldest locally owned vacation rental management companies on Kauai representing over 200 independently owned luxury homes and condominiums. The company’s portfolio includes properties in over 20 resort properties and communities on Kauai. South Shore Resort Properties - Offering the largest selection of Poipu Resort condos:

The Cottages at Poipu Kai - The Cottages at Poipu Kai are small bed and breakfast style accommodations conveniently located in the center of the lush Poipu Kai Resort. Set amongst tropical foliage, the twelve cottage units are located just a few from Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke Beach as well as Shipwrecks Beach and the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa.
