I heard Santa comes in on a boat. Could you Please tell me where and when?

Aloha Laura, given the weather this year, I think Santa will be delivering gifts his usual way rather than by canoe. I did hear of a sighting at Kukui Grove and there may be a chance sighting at the Historical County Building Festival of Lights. Merry Christmas!
