My first project…my Kauai vacation rental. When we purchased this Nihi Kai Villas unit in Poipu, the interior was dated, stale and to me, unlivable. However, the core of the property was intact and I saw the potential to take the classic plantation style design and update it with rich island styling and furnishings.With a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, lighting fixtures and appliances as well as all new furnishings and décor, the condo now has a more updated look. Inside, the condo is warm and comfortable with rich wood tones and accents.
