- Payment due at time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Not sure of dates or flight? If same unit is available, a one-time change is allowed if new arrival date is within 30 days of original arrival date.

- Excluding stays during Holiday period (December 19 - January 5).
- Cannot be combined with any other special or promotion.
- Additional processing and cleaning fee applies per reservation.
- Rates plus 13.416% state tax.

Interested in Kauai’s South Shore Rentals/preferably one bedroom condos/
but would consider two bedrooms depending on price.
This would be our 3rd trip to Kauai.

I am interested in a 2 bedroom oceanfront cottage May 6 or 7 thru the 13th or 14th-2011. What is a weekly fee for a cottage on Poipu beach? I like the interior and virw of Spouting cottage. Yet, looking for a reasonable rate. Please contact me asap. Need to make a reservation.

First, we are sorry our online booking was down. We were installing a new server and at various times, we needed to take the system down.
Weekly rates for a cottage on Poipu Beach vary, depending on the size, location, and interior rating, etc. Specifically, the Spouting Horn Cottage runs at a rate of $4,025 per week for your travel dates. However, Spouting Horn Cottage is fully booked for your time period. We have a few other options including House of the Cherished Seacoast and Hale Haloko Kai available for your requested date. We also have several other options very close to the beach that you may want to consider.
